Adriatic Deluxe Apartments

One of the best experiences we had in Croatia. In fact, we’re already planning to come back, and we would definitely book this apartment again. The view is simply breathtaking, one of the best we’ve ever had. The apartment is spotless, very comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. It’s also conveniently located near public transportation, with the Old Town just two bus stops away, making it very easy to explore the city. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain everything, including how to get around, use public transport, and the best places to visit. They also provided a city map, which was a nice touch. The only minor inconvenience was that payment was accepted in cash only, as credit cards were not supported. This meant we had to exchange money before paying. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this place. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Croatia.

We arrived around midnight and were able to self check-in easily with the provided instructions. Although it is listed that payment is in cash only, we were able to pay by credit card prior via a link sent before arrival. The balcony was much larger than expected with plenty of privacy. The hot tub was hot and ready to use when we arrived and made zero sound. We could tell the entire place (including the balcony) had been thoroughly cleaned. The location is right around the corner from a bus stop with the old town just four stops away (~10min).

The only thing that could have been better was the bed. It was two double beds pushed together with a hard wooden section in the middle. Comfortable if you're not on the wooden section though.

The views from the terrace were very good and the staff were nice to deal with.

The property is located on the top floor of a shopping centre on a busy road junction. They were ambivalent about guest security - when we arrived we realised the entrance door to the terrace could not be locked. We reported this straight away. On repeated enquiry we kept being told that it had been reported to maintenance. The terrace can be accessed (with only minor risk) by other guest rooms and via a shop. With a screw-driver and a drill I could have secured the door in 5 minutes! Freezer door in fridge was broken and keeps damaging the inner fridge door. Yoghurt was frozen and uneatable the morning we checked out due to the freezer air leaking from the freezer. No toaster.
