A good choice for a short , relaxed trip

The location being the best - the views from balcony made up for the rainy day. A vegan restaurant nearby being vegetarian was a blessing and nonetheless competent, pleasant and supportive staff with excellent service.

Peaceful retreat on the Adriatic!

Everything was outstanding. I was impressed with the view of the Adriatic from my room and found it very relaxing. I loved it so much I have already planned a return visit. That’s saying something as I’ve visited 12 other countries in 4 months and this is the first time I’ve felt that way. I’m going to book the same room to get the same peaceful feeling.

Fabulous view. Plentiful space, inside and out. Friendly, helpful staff. Conveniently located - restaurant below, Tommy hypermarket round the corner, ditto taxi rank and bus stops, with ferry terminal and boat trips just along the bay.

We were drawn to booking the accommodation for the balcony area pictured on the site but we didn’t have any balcony at all. It was noisy as it’s surrounded by a busy road which made it hard to sleep.

It was very expensive for what you get.

The view

The bathroom had an awful odour from the drains. The duvet was too small for the bed. The balconies were separated by sheets of plastic and they were so noisy in the wind, even just a breeze, it was hard to sleep at night.

Cody and convenient

The property address is above a shopping mall with a fab restaurant downstairs. Great to walk out amongst shops and cafes, View across the road of the harbour is pretty. Generous sized rooms, comfy large bed and cooking facilities

Comfortable stay in a convenient location

We had a nice stay here and would recommend it. The room was spacious and clean, and the location is very convenient, right on top of a small mall with a restaurant on the first floor, where you can enjoy all kinds of meals. Breakfast is not actually served by the hotel, but you can easily go downstairs and have it at the restaurant, which is independent from the property and has fair prices. There are a few restaurants, grocery stores, and boat tour options nearby, and the Old Town is not too far, though since the area is quite hilly, using transportation might be more comfortable. The payment process was a bit unusual, with a guarantee link and final payment in cash, but everything went smoothly in the end.

Wi-fi is practically non existent, almost impossible to use consistently to do any work. The apartment itself is OK, but nothing above average, other than the view.

Bathroom had some mold. The apartment was hard to find. Some more detailed instruction on the location such as a picture of the elevator and it's location next to bar would help. Also, HAD TO PAY IN CASH.

Great apartment.

Wonderful apartment, very clean and comfortable for a long stay. Buses into old town short walk from apartment and easy to use. Lines 1a 1b 3 or 6. Good restaurant under hotel. Supermarket nearby. Airport shuttle bus is good way to get to apartment. Fantastic view of the Port. Friendly & helpful staff. I would stay here again.

It could have been cleaner. The floor needed to be washed, it was dirty just didn’t feel clean. If there was a brush or dustpan I would have liked to have swept the floor & balcony, it needed it. There was no tea towel maybe I should have brought my own. Otherwise fab location & fab apartment. Only the floors really.

Apartments were lovely but Dubrovnik now is too expensive and I wouldn't rush back.

Good location, clean apartment with spacious balcony. Apartments are situated above a restaurant and small shopping mall. Walking distance to supermarkets and nice places to eat. Short taxi ride into old town.

There was an expectation to pay in cash which was very confusing. When I booked the apartment on booking.com it was done on a no refund basis and then several weeks later I received an email saying I had to pay in cash. When I checked with the apartment, I misunderstood their message and thought that as it was through an agency, ie Booking.com, that the cash payment wasn't applicable to me. However when I was there the reception told me only cash was accepted. I wasn't in a position to access so much cash on holiday and absolutely nowhere else I've ever stayed has requested a cash payment. I told them I would find somewhere else to stay and they did manage to 'create' a link which enabled a card payment.

A memorable experience.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Adriatic Deluxe Apartments. The location is excellent, central to everything, with the Old Town just a 15-minute walk away. We love walking, so we really enjoyed exploring the area on foot. There are beautiful walks, different beaches to visit each day, and we also did the Elaphiti Islands boat cruise, which is a must — highly recommended! The apartments were clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay.

Great place for vacation

The view is unbeatable, we loved super large balcony with hot tub. Bus stop is just few minutes walking, and once on the bus, in 5 minutes you are in Old Town.

The place is a bit small for 4 people, not enough space to open all 4 suitcase.

Best apartment in Dubrovnik with amazing view over Gruz bay.

Loved, loved EVERYTHING! Ana and Goran was so helpful. They even helped us to check in earlier which was wonderful as we had a ling overnight flight and didn’t sleep at all so we were really tired when we got to our apartment. It is such a lovely apartment with an AMAZING VIEW. Clean and comfortable. The bed, sofa and bedding was all great! There was a lift so it was a big plus. Loved being so close to where you get ferries and boats to islands. Supermarket around corner as well as the bus stop to old town. Close to many restaurants, parks, shops etc. I am so happy we chose this place instead of staying in the old town. If I ever come back to Croatia, I will stay here again.

The only thing I can mention is that the floor of the balcony outside our apartment tilts a bit toward the apartment. Which means that even with light drizzle, the water does not drain away which make it to slippery to go outside even after the rain has stopped.

Great stay

The location is great, a 25 minute walk to the old town or a 6 minute uber ride. Its a 30 minute car ride from the airport. The room is clean. At the bottom of the building is an ATM, a restaurant for food and you can walk 5 minutes from there to go to the port. From the port you can go do a day trip to Eliphite Islands which was fun. The room had a fridge and kettle to make tea, plus a stove to cook food if you wished

The water temperature in the bathroom was hard to manage. It was either too cold or too hot, no in between.

Really good

The most comfortable and quiet hotel I’ve stayed on my travels. The service was 24/7 perfect, anything needed was assisted with quickly, safe environment, would really recommend. Also location is just right to travel Dubrovnik as you can just walk less than 20 mins to some the best views here or take a 5 minute bus to the old town.

Wonderful stay would definitely recommend

Stunning view from the balcony and we loved the hot tub. Staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Felt very fresh and clean. Location is around 2km from the old town but there is a bus that stops just outside to go to and from the old town. We stayed with a 1 year old and 3 year old and it was nice to come back to the calm apartment after a day in the old town which is lovely but very busy. There is a nice walk along the harbour outside the apartment and a playground a few hundred metres away overlooking the water which the kids loved

Not a negative, just information for fellow travellers. Took us a while to find the entrance to the apartment - it’s above the shopping centre so you enter through the main shopping centre doors facing out towards the harbour and the lift up to the apartments is directly in front of you. Feels very peaceful and calm once up at the apartment but nice to have places to eat and an atmosphere underneath in the shopping centre. There is also parking directly behind the shopping centre. It is 12 euros a day - if you get a card from reception it will let you in and out of the car park and you just pay reception.

The view is a 11 out of 10 to die for! Comfy pillows and bed, decent wifi and hot water with good pressure. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Credit cards not accepted, so I had to withdraw cash from a local bank machine with an expensive exchange rate. Parking is 12 euros and a block or so away.
