Amazing villa in a good location close to beaches and fairly close to a few restaurants.

Very well appointed villa with great rooms, and well furnished. The pool and sun lounger area was lovely. A little strange having 2 kitchens - one in the main house and one in a separate building near the pool, and it was this second kitchen that had the freezer and ice maker. Good BBQ, and it was nice to have multiple outdoor areas to sit and eat in so you could choose to be in or out of the sun.

The air conditioning in the main bedroom wasn't completely effective. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped - there were only about 4 teaspoons across the 2 kitchens, and the cooking knives desperately needed sharpening.

Great villa on the beach

The location is literally on the beach. The outside space is enormous and really well maintained. We did not use some of the sitting areas as we were spoilt for choice and even at full capacity (there were only 4 of us) it would be a big villa. The bedrooms on the first floor are en/suite and lovely. The bedrooms on the second floor were also good with a shared bathroom There is parking for one car directly outside. It’s the sort of villa you walk past and think “who stays there?”

The inside living area is not that large but we were outside anyway

Gorgeous house with all you need. Amazing views of sunset. Helpful friendly staff.

There are a a few restaurants nearby but you need to get ubers/taxis into Lapad or to the supermarket if you have a lot of shopping. The beach can be noisy at the weekend.

The villa was just perfect to our group of 8 friends. There was plenty of room inside and many different sitting areas out side to make our holiday really pleasent. The cute small beach front of the house was our favority beach. The villa is really private but the old town is just a short taxi drive away. The host was really friendly and always available. Can’t wait to go back one day.

Only small minus was the barbeque grill not having gas. But as the service was really good, it was fixed immidiatly.
