It was brilliant !

Staff were all friendly and very helpful! It’s my third time at the hotel, love it every time. Previously, we stayed in the hotel itself but the apartments at Villa Malo More are brilliant! Loved having the kitchen and a fabulous balcony. Couldn’t fault it.

The pool is freezing, which we knew and expected for October but just wish it would’ve been heated.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable and large apartments, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and restaurants. Cave bar is something special! Location on the promenade is perfect for the family.

It would be great to have a direct connection between the apartments and the main hotel building. Currently, there is a small part where you need to walk on the road. Parking places are too narrow, if you park on two consecutive spots and stay within the lines you can’t open the car doors.

Amazing location, walkable to both sunset and sunrise beaches with breathtaking views of the coast.

The view was absolutely spectacular. We stayed in a a that looked out over the pool as well as the stunning coast. The property was spacious for 5 ladies, the double beds were massive and soooo comfortable. We also had breakfast included which included a buffet as well as alcarte options. The mimosas were also sublime every morning!

It was a bit of a maze to be honest. There were certain lifts for areas of the property but it also led to funny times including lift selfies!! 🤣

Did not feel 5-star. Without the location it would be a 3-star at best

Facility: I didn’t realize it was a 5-star hotel until I saw the sign on my last day. It didn’t feel like a 5-star hotel. The main door leading to our Villa area stayed unlocked for the public. Many doors were unlocked on the facility for the public. My wife was followed by an older man in the facility. Overall, it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Gym was subpar. Jacuzzi in basement was nice. Pools were extremely cold compared to the sea. Cave bar is gimmicky but cool. Prices: food from the restaurants and activities were extremely overpriced. Staff: My family and I was called Chinamen by a guest in front of the reception staff but nothing was said and done by the staff. They completely ignored it and did nothing to ease our minds when we brought it to their attention. This occurred while we came in to leave a tip for house keeping. Breakfast staff was Amazing and Ivan was awesome. Location: Had an amazing view from the villa. Overall, overpriced and very limited amenities for families. Looks like they don’t want children under 14 during peak season as well

Don’t stay in the apartments. The actual hotel part is nice

Apartment layout uncomfortable. No room service was available to the hotel apartments but available to the hotel, even though they are all within the same area, 3 buildings next to each other, 2 have the rooms with room service and one has the apartments without a room service. The excuse was that it is far for the staff to walk, but it seems it is ok for the customer to walk instead, the rates of pay or not cheaper for the apartments.

Little gem we feel in love.

Stunning views, specious, well equipped apartment with everything you need for perfect stay. Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. We got the appointment with swimming pool outside our balcony door which my kids absolutely loved it. Parking just outside the entrance. Use of other pools, including indoor jacuzzi was a great bonus. Simply paradise we will definitely go back to.

Breakfast was great, tho every day exactly the same choices which became a bit repetitive after whole week. Tho still very tasty.

Exceptional

The Location is awesome - right above the promenade, basically hanging over the sea. Nice size terraces with lounge chairs and table with regular chairs in the villas with direct views of the Adriatic sea. Nice size room which is 1 bdr apartment with 2 bathrooms. Definitely worth staying here. Food in restaurants is great. Staff is pleasant, everyone speaks English.

Wifi in the villa was horrible. Meanwhile in the hotel restaurants it was much better. The front desk sent a technician to fix the connection in our room, but it didn't change anything. Thank to my friend who had his own router from Serbia I was able to get some work done.

A must place to stay for families

- excellent location - apartment had all necessary stuff - TV supported Netflix Prime Youtube etc - View from the balcony was breathtaking - staff was very helpful to arrange the baby cot

During breakfast one of the staff hushed us and moved our table while we were still having coffee. They then placed another table to create space for a family of four. Maybe the staff was just trying to do her job to accommodate everyone, but this was very disrespectful as many other people in the room saw this. I would have have happily moved if they would have asked me to beforehand.
