A direct path down to coastal walkway would be amazing haha but easy to get there via building next door so not an issue at all!

Great location with beautiful views. All staff extremely helpful and professional. Two bedroom apartment was spacious and clean with excellent facilities. Breakfast plentiful and great quality. Cave bar drinks and service excellent.
Not a major issue but would have been good to have smaller plates / snacks available (similar to Cave Bar menu) on the room service menu. More hooks from which to hang things in the room would also have been helpful.

Hotel reception is open 24 hours
Unfortunately there was extensive building/excavation work above the apartment which was very disruptive and we were not made aware of this prior to arrival unlike some other guests. The hotel did however, after some negotiation, offer a substantial discount as they were unable to offer alternative accommodation

Views, pools, restaurant and access to sea
Apartment layout uncomfortable. No room service was available to the hotel apartments but available to the hotel, even though they are all within the same area, 3 buildings next to each other, 2 have the rooms with room service and one has the apartments without a room service. The excuse was that it is far for the staff to walk, but it seems it is ok for the customer to walk instead, the rates of pay or not cheaper for the apartments.
