when showering the water of the upstairs bathroom doesnot go down easily

Location couldn’t be better,comfortable,spotless,air con was perfect,hidden gem inside Valamar complex,beach down the steps,pool around the corner with superb facilities & food,most delicious buffet breakfast in Valamar,pay as you go,gorgeous cocktail bar also

Apartment fit 4 very comfortably,2 sleep on pull out sofa bed but this is very comfortable,curtains in the photo are not black out but this didn’t seem to bother the guests

Everything. 2 perfect little condos for our family of 8 (4 in each). The location in babin kuk was excellent and an easy bus into town and back - much easier and cheaper than taking the car and since it is the first stop you get on an empty bus and they come very frequently. There is a laneway of restaurants and shops on site that have everything you need and beaches on site were so nice too. You also get access to the pool and get a parking card for each room which is tough to find in Dubrovnik (but with the bus you can park and leave your car the entire time). The rooms themselves were lovely and had everything we needed, very clean and spotless. There was also a nice little patio in the front where we would wind down in the evening. The host Tomi clearly put a lot of love into the house and was an incredible host. We had a minor issue with one of the pullout couches just before bed and he offered to come fix it even though it was late. Also the airline lost our bag and got in touch with Tomi to deliver them, he even followed up with us a few days later after we left to make sure we got them. He also left us drinks when we arrived after a long day of travel. Very clearly cares alot about his guests. 2000% recommend this place and will definitely come back again. Great price too and fantastic if you have kids (the only thing to mention for kids is the condos are right beside a kids play zone called Maro World that you do not get access to since you are not officially hotel guests. Tomi negotiates access to the pool for his guests but you are otherwise not allowed to use the hotel amenities. No problem though as there is so much else to do at the beach and in town). Go for a walk around the park on the way to the bus at night and you will see some wild hedgehogs. THANK YOU TOMI.
