Highly recommended – look no further!

Amazing stay! Tomi is a fantastic host and gave us a warm welcome with lots of helpful tips. The apartment is fully equipped (2 bathrooms, fridge, coffee machine, etc.), very clean, and perfectly located: restaurants just around the corner, beaches within 10 minutes, and a bus stop to the Old Town nearby. Bonus: you can use the pool at the Tirena hotel and free parking is available close by.

One of the best holidays we have been on.

Very spacious and well appointed apartment for Mum, Dad and 2 children 10 and 13. Everything we needed was available to us and Tomi was excellent communicating well before we arrived and meeting us on arrival and showing us around. There were even some cold drinks in the fridge waiting for us. The location was great with plenty of local restaurants to visit. The pool was lovely with a couple of slides for the children which they really enjoyed. To be honest Dad did as well. The beach is a short walk with a nice beach bar to relax in. Don’t forget your beach shoes as it is stony with no sand but the sea was warm and water clear. The complex is at the start of the bus route to the Old Town so we always had a seat which was great as the bus gets very busy when picking up at Lapad. Don’t forget your Dubrovnik pass which is worth the money. All in all we had a fantastic time in Dubrovnik and staying in this apartment was a big part of that.

An exceptionally clean, incredibly well placed property with everything you need for the perfect holiday!!

The property was incredibly clean and perfect for our group of 4. The location is exceptional, you won’t regret choosing this apartment!! Tomi was lovely and greeted us on arrival. He was very informative about the area and things to do! There is a short promenade of shops and restaurants right by the property which was so convenient and we used them daily. Being surrounded by other hotels also meant a lovely selection of bars and restaurants if you wanted to stay locally. The short 5 min walk to the bus which takes you straight into the old town was very convenient and perfect for the days we chose public transport. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough!!

A perfect stay in every way-welcoming host, ideal location, and a beautiful, comfortable apartment.

From the moment we arrived, Tomi made us feel incredibly welcome. He went above and beyond to explain everything we needed to know and his warmth and hospitality truly set the tone for our entire stay. He was the perfect host, kind, attentive, and thoughtful. The location could not have been better. Just a short walk to the beach and steps from the bus station that takes you straight to Old Town. It made exploring the area so easy and convenient. The apartment itself was everything we hoped for and more. Spacious, spotlessly clean, and so beautifully designed. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and the bathrooms were absolutely lovely, modern, fresh, and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. We loved every minute of our stay. It felt like a home away from home. Thank you Tomi for making our trip so special. Truly and sincerely recommend this place!!!

Easy access to beach, pool, and old town. Breakfast buffet at hotel nearby was very good. Host was very friendly and helpful . Great to have a place to park the car included as well. Overall amazing place to stay!

Linens felt very stiff, especially towels. Some loud noise from people partying in the hotel area at 2 am.

It was everything as advertised-very satisfied!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and a great location! It is located in a resort area so it was very family and stroller friendly. Easy walk to the beautiful pool as well. There are restaurants and a small market within a 2 minute walk. The bus stop is 5 minute walk. The host was attentive and very helpful with questions - responded immediately to any concerns.

The curving open stone steps to the master were a challenge to keep small children off. They would be a dangerous fall.

We loved everything about our stay. The apartment was in a great location and Tomi was a fantastic host. 💯 The apartment had everything you could wish for, it was clean, tidy and was decorated to a high standard. We bought a 7 day pass which allowed us entrance into all the museums, the walls, and monestrys of Dubrovnick old town. This also included all bus rides for the whole 7 days. 🚌 We had such an amazing time, and will certinally be going back next year. 🌞 If your looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend this apartment and the beautiful country of Croatia.🇭🇷 Thank you to Tomi and all the wonderful Croatian people we met along the way.🇭🇷 The weather was beautiful and hot and there are some beautiful beaches about.🏖️ We can't thank you enough Tomi for everything, you made our much needed holiday one to remember and memories we will cherish for a lifetime. Excellent family holiday

Excellent family stay, really well equipped and big apartment that is comfortably sized for 4 people. Location was great and safe for kids and shops & restaurants nearby very handy. Use of swimming pool in the adjacent hotel was great and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. Easy access by local bus to the old town and Lapad shops as well as a promenade coast walk. Great location for a family holiday. Fantastic and helpful host gave great information on the area and sorted our airport transfers ahead of the trip.

Great stay! Few minutes from the beach.

Property was comfortable for 4. We were in the 1 bedroom apartment and even the sofa bed was good to sleep. Tomi was very friendly and had great communication with us. Even left some drinks in the fridge for us. It was great to be very close to Copacabana beach and have 2 swimming pools with cocktail bar. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was 12 euros per person. Very easy to go to the old town by bus number 6.

The property inside was great . Outside there are a few restaurants and mini market but some areas of the complex look abandoned, which wad a bit sad.

Everything was fantastic Tomi was so welcoming and a great help with organising trips and taxis and information about the area. The apartment was in a fantastic location so near the beautiful beaches. The apartment was well equipped. Having the fridge stock with a few essentials was a added bonus

Accomodation itself was of a high standard. Easy to walk to the amenities. Use the Lapad coast promenade to get into Lapad to avoid the busy road! Close to a mini market. Useful to have 2 bathrooms and good kitchen, well equipped. Attentive host.

The exact location seems like a converted shop unit. Balcony was very small.

Great stay at a fab place

Lovely apartment, very airy and super clean. Great to have two bathrooms and rooms are very spacious with powerful showers. Nice and quiet location and very well connected- catch the number 6 and 7 bus minutes away from bus stop. The host is very friendly and approachable. Highly recommended for a great stay in Dubrovnik!

Quiet area. Close to Coral Beach, few minutes walk only. Very nice welcome from the host. Very functionnal flat for a few days.

Proximity to the beaches. The swimming pool at the hotel was amazing! A walk through the park, but well worth it! Also great connections with the old town on the bus- running every 15min or so. Loved the Coral Beach club, very swanky albeit expensive. The apartment was very comfortable and very well equipped! The host super friendly! Big thanks!
