The location was absolutely amazing. It was right next to the bus stop to go to old town and 2 mins walk for the beach and promenade in Lapad. The staff were also extremely helpful and accomodating .huge balcony .
The photos online make this apartment look luxury . But it’s quite dated and if I’m honest was a little disappointed initially . Was expecting a little more

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful two-bedroom serviced apartment in Dubrovnik. The apartment was modern, spacious, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
One of the highlights was the huge balcony, which was perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. It was also complete with comfortable sun loungers, making it a wonderful place to relax and soak up the sunshine.
The air conditioning in every room was another fantastic feature and a very welcome treat during the hot summer days. Having individual climate control throughout the apartment meant we could stay cool and comfortable whenever we needed to.
The location was fantastic. A fabulous beach was just a short walk away, along with plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket, making everything incredibly convenient. There was also a bus stop right outside the apartment, with regular buses taking you into Dubrovnik’s Old Town in around 12 minutes — perfect for exploring without the hassle of finding parking.
The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully presented, and extremely comfortable. It was the perfect home away from home and an ideal base for exploring Dubrovnik.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Prior to our arrival, communication was excellent, and Helena warmly welcomed us at the parking entrance. She showed us around the apartment and shared great recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and local tips. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with plenty of wardrobe space. Its location in Lapad was perfect—just steps from the beach and directly opposite the bus stop for the No. 4 bus to the Old Town. Lapad itself is a wonderful area, offering a relaxed atmosphere with a lovely promenade full of restaurants, cafés, shops, and bakeries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.
