In summary, a very pleasant stay, giving access to Dubrovnik, and further south to Cavtat and Kotor.

The location was perfect. It was close to the beach, so evening walks and - in warmer weather - swimming would be very pleasant. It was also close to a bus stop, from which Bus No 4 provided a qucik trip to the Dubrovik City Gate. The apartment itself was very well presented, and provided all one would need for a multi-day stay. Parking availability, which was essential - we had a hire care - and was within the building.

We received an apartment with two bathrooms. Very modern, clean , spacious and convenient. Parking for the use of all our stay. Bus stop to the old city is next to the hotel. Supermarket next to the hotel.

It was difficult to find the reception of the place. (Not enough signs). No toilets at the reception.

Such a nice and spacious place right on Lapad beach! Building is equipped with everything - markets, souvenir, caffe, cinema, restaurants etc! Ladies who are working for property are also very welcoming and friendly! Along side with cleaning ladies. Parking was great - garage!

A great new apartment in the perfect neighborhood of Dubrovnik. A minute walk from the beach and corso, with a lot of nice restaurants close by. All the necessary amenities were included, plus a parking space in the garage in the apartment building.

Great location, spacious apartment, and helpful host!

The host was very responsive through email and the booking.com communication. The reception desk was open early, so we were able to arrive early and store luggage while waiting for the apartment to be ready (~30 min). The host pointed out a restaurant just across the plaza that gives a discount to building guests, so we had a lovely breakfast while waiting for the keys. She also shared information about unique bars and other restaurants nearby, and information about the local bus, which has a stop just across the street. We used the bus to access Old Town (about 15 min away) as well as dinner and other outings. The local area within walking distance was also great to explore and had plenty of activities and amenities. The apartment is huge with two large furnished balconies, one with an ocean view.

The place is quiet, has a cinema and restaurants around. But have to say something about the underbuilding of the Korean restaurant, 100% very good.

Just not close to old town, always need to get a taxi. Can drive, but hard to find parking in Europe.

Enjoyed our stay!

Location and easy access to transportation. Direct bus access to Dubrovnik city walls. Great for exploring. We stayed for 2 nights before we boarded a cruise out of Dubrovnik. Our room was clean and well stocked for our short stay. Walk out the door with a short walk to the beach, sea walk, restaurants and bars. Parking available with reservation.

Location is the winner

The front desk gentleman was extremely helpful and kind. He was so efficient when we had an issue with the aircon in our apartment unit. The apartment was indeed spacious, however the tired looking furnishing could be improved to make the place more cozy and comfy. Car parking was easy. I strongly recommend to leave your car and take the bus to the old city. Bus stop is just next to the property. You can also easily Uber there at 5-6 euros per way. On the ground floor, you will find a few cafes, a Korean restaurant, cinema and supermarket. Just a short walk gets you to the beach, restaurants, ice cream and small shops.

Fantastic, spacious apartments with sensational restaurant and view of the bay!

These apartments are second to none, everything appeared new and plush with regular housekeeping and a simple message to reception they’d arrange whatever we needed. The apartments were huge and had absolutely everything we needed. The onsite reception team are excellent. The restaurant on site is set with spectacular views of the bay and the restaurant team and food are fabulous! Supermarket on site excellent. Bus stop right outside.

The only thing was that we did not get the apartment we booked, we’d booked a garden view but we were told we couldn’t have it till Friday. A little disappointing as the one we’d booked had clear verandas to look out.. We decided to stay where we were but we’re happy in all.

Lots of restaraunts ,bakery and grocery shop nearby. Easy to get cab or bus from to go to sights. Nice walk along coast .

No lift to 5th floor from 4th floor. No much usable space in room. Roof sloped towards floorYou had to bend over to walk in bedroom and lounge area.. Very noisy as bars down stairs in front of apartment. No sea views at all. Very different to add.Apartment not really suitable to older persons. Fire alarms went off and were on for a long period Sunday. No explanation. A pain when you are on the 5th floor.

Ideal stay for families visiting Dubrovnik

Spacious, brand-new apartment equipped with everything we needed for a great stay: comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and a living room. It's within easy walking distance to the beach, promenade near the sea, restaurants, and a supermarket. The nice layout features a comfortable living room ideal for families (we were 4), a lovely balcony, and a table for sitting outside, offering a partial view of the sea. The area of Lapad is beautiful and only a 10-minute taxi or Uber ride to the old town. We appreciated that the apartments provided housekeeping service while we were staying, ensuring clean towels and taking out the rubbish bin. Finally, excellent wifi and Netflix are available!

Our apartment faced the main road and was on the first floor, which meant it was very noisy with all the vehicles passing by during the day and night. The sliding doors helped when closed, but it meant that we couldn't get any fresh air!

Access was very confusing. Our driver dropped us off at a garage entrance. No signage. There’s a small grocery store next to the garage and a worker there said go into the garage and head to the right. Again no signage, very dark. Stressful way to try to find the reception area. We had two other couples staying there and met them at the grocery store so they could be guided to the entrance. The reception people were great, we loved the apartment and area. The coastal promenade is breathtaking. Very easy taking the bus to and from old town, which is free if you get the Dubrovnik pass (very worthwhile).

It’d be nice if there was a small gym. There’s a beautiful resort hotel almost adjacent that offers a swim pass (two magnificent warm swimming pools) for just 15 Euro.

Best value-for-money in Dubrovnik

Good value for money in Dubrovnik. One of the best locations in Lapad, with easy bus access to the Old Town. All facilities are at its doorstep, supermarket, cinema, bakery, shops, restaurants... Very good customer service, always available. Beach is right in front of it, as is the beautiful forest park, Velika and Mala Petka. Can't go wrong with it. Plus, it has its own free parking, which is a bonus in Dubrovnik.
