It was a great stay in a comfortable apartment.

The location was excellent. There are a few cafes and restaurants very close to the property and a small supermarket in the building. A bus stop outside has number 4 bus that takes you to the old town. Our host, Jelena was super nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay again, we had a wonderful week at Apartment Nav.

We had a minor issue with the air conditioning.

Wonderful stay but not in Apartment Nav but in Bleu Villa as Nav was double booked.

We were met at the airport by a driver who took us to the apartment where our host met us together with a few other people who took our cases up the stairs and into the apartment ,

We had a few issues with the water heater/shower but it was soon resolved.

Amazing host! Enormous, well appointed apartment.

Our host Jelena was just beautiful and very generous. She provided some welcome goodies on arrival and communicated with us clearly making check-in easy. Jelena followed up to see if we needed anything and she was so sweet. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and the local beach, and not too far from Old Town either.

We absolutely loved our stay and would readily stay again. A shower curtain to ensuite to minimise water on floor and minor repair to wall in main bedroom would be the only suggestion for improvements.

Great place

The property is located in a calm zone near by the beach. It has private parking which was really comfortable and also a bus stop just crossing the street (the bus takes no more than 15 min to get old town). We were a group of 4 adults and the size of the sofa-bed was perfect for 2 people. Jelena was an amazing host !!

Absolutely everything!!!! There was NOTHING that I considered more or less. Jelena was incredible. Such a great person and host which welcomed us so well! Location is amazing, the apartment is super comfy, and all the facilities around the place are fantastic!

Jelena and her husband were excellent hosts, met us on arrival and showed us everything in the apartment. Lovely location in Lapad and just around 8 euros for short Uber to Old Town.

10/10 stay!

7 friends had an amazing stay here! This apartment was absolutely beautiful, stylish, modern, and In a stunning seafront location. There were 4 spacious bedrooms with double/king beds and 2 showers and 3 bathrooms. Also a nice fully fitted kitchen. It is in walking distance to nice restaurants, cafes and bars! In a quieter part of Dubrovnik which was what we wanted. The host Robert was super helpful and kind. Always accessible over the phone. We will definitely be back!!

Spacious, good location, gorgeous views!

The rooms are very decent sizes, even the smaller rooms are plenty space and lots of cupboard space. Having a balcony off of every room is also amazing! The outdoor furniture is so comfortable. Location great and host Jelena was super helpful and friendly.

Our perfect stay

Excellent would highly recommend this appartment to stay. The owners were so very helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay great. Gorgeous appartment. Everything was perfect. Shop downstairs. Beach across the road and bus into town. Perfect.

Great stay in west Dubrovnik

Really well located next to a bus stop plus the beach is across the street. There’s tons of food options. There’s a supermarket and a cinema within the building + 3-4 restaurants. There’s property manager is extremely helpful as well and had fruits, wine, beer and juice box for us when we arrived.

The bathroom door was not working correctly however, when told the property manager, they offered to have it fixed right away. Just wished it was done before we moved in but only a minor inconvenience. Nothing else. It was a great stay!

Our stay at NAV was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, Jelena, the owner, welcomed us with the warmest hospitality we've ever experienced. She is truly the nicest, most positive person - always available, checking in to see if we needed anything, and going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She even left us a lovely bottle of rosé wine and cookies as a welcome gift - something no other apartment has ever done for us before, and it made us feel so appreciated and at home. The apartment itself was spotless — honestly the cleanest apartment we've ever stayed in. And it was fully stocked with absolutely everything you could need: kitchen equipment, ice, bathroom essentials - you name it, it was there. When we had an unexpected issue with our car, Jelena didn't hesitate to help. She immediately called a mechanic who came to fix it and even allowed us to check out later so we could wait comfortably - something that really saved us a lot of stress. The apartment is also incredibly spacious — it can easily fit up to 10 people or even more without ever feeling crowded. Every room is thoughtfully designed, super comfortable, and there's plenty of space for all your stuff, which made everything feel so organized and relaxed during our stay. The location was also perfect - a market conveniently located in the building, and the beach just a 2-minute walk away. Everything you could want is right there. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible this experience was. Jelena is one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we've ever had the pleasure of meeting, and we HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a flawless stay. We will definitely be coming back!
