Spacious and convenient stay

Apartment was spacious and modern and it included living room and kitchen facilities. Owner was quick to reply to any queries. Location was right near the Sunset Beach and very close to the public bus that is only 15 minute drive to the Old Town. Apartment is up on a hill which means it's really quiet from any street noises.

The bed wasn't very comfortable but fine for a couple nights stay.

Compact place to spend your nights

Quiet location during nights. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. A small market nearby accross the street. Bus stops right outside the hotel and straight bus line to the old town. The apartment was clean and everything works normally.

Expected more for the price

The apartment was clean. A/C worked well to keep the apartment cool.

Croatia has become quite expensive in the recent years and the apartment turned out to be okayish for the price. The location was also not bad but I would probably live closer to Sustjepan when we visit next as it's relatively cheap to use Uber/Bolt to get to the old town. The host wasn't flexible with the 10 am checkout time (which is too early in my opinion). We were allowed to keep our luggage downstairs.

perfect location outside of the old town in a lovely suburb

It was a lovely property just outside of the old town on the suburb of Lapad! The rooms very modern and clean and had AC which is a must in summer! The owner was very nice and let us leave our bags upon checkout. There was a local bus nearby but we just caught ubers to the old town and back because there were so cheap!! There’s a beautiful beach near the apartment which is perfect to cool off after a day in the old town!

The apartment was very nice and cosy. The location was very good and easily accessible to the main town.

The only suggestion would be to keep the approach path to the apartment well lit and surrounding lawn better maintained.

Apartment was really close to the beach. Apartment was well equipped and looked the same as in the photos. We were able to make our own food in the kitchen, which was a huge plus.

Superb

Apartment was cosy and clean. Located maybe like 2 mins away from a grocery store, coffee shop, bus stop, beach and a promenade with bars and restaurants. Great spot for a family vacation.

What surprised me was how thin the walls in the apartment and in general between apartments were. I could hear everything at night from a neighboring bathroom as if I was standing in there with them. But it bothered me maybe like twice during the one week long stay and then it was quiet. Air conditioning in the bedroom would have been nice and the street in general was quite busy even at night.. lot of cars and motorcycles. but nothing too bad...other than that, it was great :)

Comfortable and well equipped studio apartment - near several beaches - easy to reach old town

Stayed for a week, the apartment is really well organised and furnished for a studio. Even though it's one room (+ bathroom), it feels spacious and comfortable. It was totally clean and equipped with all the necessary basics. I've loved this location since childhood so I cannot be objective, but I do think it's great because you have several beautiful beaches on a few minutes walking distance and it's easy to reach the old town, 10min by bus (bus stop is really near) or walk (30-40min). Would stay again! :)
