Sunset Premium Residence IV

This apartment in Lapad is absolutely perfect—beautifully modern, spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The private terrace was a wonderful bonus and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The host and owner were warm, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location couldn't be better! Just a short walk down the steps is the #4 bus, which takes you directly to Old Town. Right across from the bus stop you'll find a coffee shop, grocery store, and several restaurants, making everything you need incredibly convenient. In just two minutes, you can be at beautiful Lapad Bay, where the waterfront promenade is perfect for an evening stroll. Watching the sunset there is simply magical. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik, I can't recommend Sunset Premium Residence IV highly enough. It offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, outstanding hospitality, and an unbeatable location. We would absolutely stay here again!

I mentioned that we were traveling with kids, and the host prepared a baby chair and a baby bed for us. The location is nice if you have a car; otherwise, you have to walk up and down a lot of stairs. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the apartment is quiet. Host agreed to keep our luggage for couple of hours after checkout.

It is called Sunset Residence, but you can’t actually see any sunset from the apartment because the view is blocked by trees. The apartment was also not properly cleaned before our stay — the kitchen and floors were dirty. The host promised to send a cleaning service, but that never happened. Another issue was the temperature inside the apartment. It might be a huge advantage during the summer, but we stayed in May and found it quite cold.

Appartement très bien placé, propre et avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Le personnel est très aimable et propose diverses recommandations (restaurants, loisirs..) qui sont très utiles!!

El alojamiento estaba implacable , la localización genial para ir la playa , y para ver la ciudad hay una línea de autobús justo al lado , nos ha encantado
