Bus stop is around the corner. Straight bus ride to Old town: bus line 4. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Beach is just a few steps from the Apartment. Place felt cozy, nice and clean. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re planning to relax at the beach and if you don’t like the busy town.
The bed. It wasn’t comfortable for me 😭 and the locks were difficulty for me for the first 2 nights. Lol
I got the locks on day 3🤣

It is a one-bedroom loft-apartment. The apartment was super clean and tidy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. It is part of a new building complex next to the beach. The location is very quiet and safe with a bakery, cafe, cinema, supermarket etc on the complex. Amazing views from the cafe downstairs. We used taxis and buses to visit the old town center.
It takes around 50 minutes on food to get to the old town. Avoid using taxis for transfer as they are too expensive and you can use buses (line 4) just outside the complex. Free Parking is not provided with the booking which is uncofordable someone visiting Dubrovnic by car. We were lucky finding a free spot on the side of the building.

L'appartement est tout neuf, très lumineux, très agréable ! Il est situé à quelques mètres de la plage. La ligne de bus 4 qui va vers le centre ancien Dubrovnik passe dans la rue à côté.
Au pied de l'immeuble, une supérette ouverte jusque 23h, un café, un restaurant, de quoi prendre des petits déjeuner tranquillement.
L'hôte a été arrangeant pour notre heure de départ le matin.
Nous avons eu un code de réduction pour laisser notre bagage dans le centre ancien lors de notre dernière journée avant de prendre l'avion (2.5€ pour 5h de consigne pour une valise, c'est vraiment pas cher)
On entend quand même pas mal les voisins.
