Welcome to our cozy apartment, perfectly located in Dubrovnik’s Lapad area, the heart of the city’s modern side! This private flat is situated in a brand-new apartment building, just steps away from the lively Lapad promenade, Lapad beach, a cinema, supermarket, and the local fresh market.
The apartment is ideal for families or groups, offering comfortable accommodation for up to five people. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed for two, while the second bedroom includes a bunk bed for two and a single bed. The spacious living room provides lounge seating for up to eight people, making it the perfect place to relax. There’s also a dining area for eight, right next to the fully equipped kitchen, which comes with everything you need – microwave, toaster, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, and seating for four.The apartment’s balcony offers stunning views of Lapad Bay, where you can unwind and watch beautiful sunsets over the Elafiti Islands.
Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)

The location of the apartment is amazing! We loved the coffee bar downstairs and it is an easy walk to the promenade, beach and bus stop to Old Town.

Amazing location. Right next to cafe, restaurant with view, movie theatre and supermarket. Right in front of the beach. Minutes to main eating area. Cheap uber to old town. Lapad more relaxed.

The instructions to find the keys were perfectly clear and helpful.
Self check in was easy.
Apartment - clean and tidy.
Two large bedrooms - clean and tidy.
Lounge area lovely and comfortable.
Dining area nice.
Very small kitchen but perfectly useable.
Large balcony with sea view and lots of space to relax and dine on there.
Area immediately below apartment-
A small shop with most supplies needed stocked. A lovely bakery - great products and very cheap. Plus a few bars and restaurants.
A small walk (maybe 5 mins) -
Stoney beaches and start of coastal path and main Lapad area.
Bus stop over road - buses very regularly to Gruz harbour and Old Town. €2.50 per person each way - cash only, no change given.
Only negative for light sleepers is the noise from the upstairs apartment (moving chairs etc) and from the road outside with cars, motorbikes and buses. Only quiet between midnight and 5am.
Otherwise this is a perfect apartment in great location for Dubrovnik
