The price is not worth the inconvenience we went through.

I was only informed on the day of arrival that breakfast would be delivered until 9 am. On the first day, it was delivered after 9 am, I couldn't wait because I had a scheduled tour, and on the second day I waited until 9:20 am and was told that it wouldn't be delivered. However, I paid for both breakfasts and would like a refund. On the third shower(we were in three) the hot water ran out. We weren't warned that the hot water is limited and the bathroom ceiling is very low, so you have to shower sitting down.

Beautiful location

The location was amazing! Easy to get to old town, everything you need close by like restaurants, grocery stores etc.

You have to get used to the ceiling height but it’s made clear in the other reviews and the pictures. So once you get the hang of it, it didn’t bother me anymore.

Lovely apartment and beautiful location

Excellent apartment location and amenities. Supermarket just downstairs. The instructions from the owners were precise and we had good clarity even though we were checking in quite late. The apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities. I would definitely come back.

Only minor hiccups which were not a deal breakers for us. We had a slight issue with the AirCon which the owner was able to guide us on. WiFi was slightly slow but could make do.

Specious apartment and wonderful terrace. Also small supermarket is in the building which is very convenient if you want to cook or prepare a breakfast.

Bathroom doors could not be locked but I already reported this to the host and I trust it is taken care of by now.

location was a huge selling point. we had a lovely time!

location was excellent - apparently was clean and tidy. host gave good detailed instructions on how to get into the property.

the lack of hot water was quite an issue. with 3 occupants where only one could shower per day for a very short time wasn’t very good. the air con didn’t work in the living area, although it wasn’t hot enough for us to complain I can imagine in the height of summer that would be a huge issue.

We had a lovely stay and the accommodating is well located

The property was in an excellent location. It was close to the beach, had a bus stop and supermarket on the doorstep and many local bars and restaurants. The property has ample storage, Wi-Fi, cooking and washing facilities, lounge areas and separate sleeping areas. Perfect accommodation for a family break.

Unfortunately one of the properties (we rented two apartments) had no toilet paper. Rather inconvenient when arriving late at night.

Exceptional

This large loft apartment was perfect for our stay, it had everything. Located beside the beach and Main Street, bars, restaurants and Supermarket is in the building. Very safe. Air con, washing machine, plenty of towels. And the simple touches toilet rolls, tea towel, etc. plenty of storage space.

The lift doesn’t go to the top floor so there are stairs to access apt, may not be suitable for everyone.

Great location, modern apartment, right on Lapad beach, lots of restaurants within 5mins walk.

Air con was broken and it was very hot inside. Repairmen were sent immediately but it wasn't possible to fix quickly. We were probably unfortunate to land in this situation. Two air coolers were provided on our last night which improved the situation.

I loved ever minute of our stay. Would highly recommend. Very affordable.

Everything about the apartments. Very close to the beech. There was a cinema and shopping mall on the ground floor so there was no need to go into town. There was also a bunch of different types of restaurants which were great value for money.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was just right and i would highly recommend as it was affordable too.

Great location, great apartment

Clean, spacious, located on 5th floor with partial sea view and situated above a cinema and supermarket with loads of restaurants and bars and cafes so close. The property manager Ivan was very helpful.

No washing machine. I had thought there was one but must have gotten confused with other listings. This property appears to have two rooms with bunk bed and single bed, as per the listing but that’s incorrect- it has a double bed and another room with single bed and bunk bed.

Wonderful apartment great value, modern fab location.

Flipo met us and showed us the apartment and advise on where to get the bus into the old town which is next to the apartment.Beds very comfortable, very clean white linen,great bathroom and kitchen, endless hot water, washer/dyers. All modern, great position, great value.We loved it.The sunset beach was beautiful walk to the cave bar and swim off the rocks in the sunset !!Very special places to discover.Let us have late check out they had no booking for the next day.

nothing not to like,the sunny balcony doesn't have a sea view , balcony ground floor next to street but you know that when you book and the price is amazing for what you get and you are always out and about anyway. No beach towels so take your own.

Ďakujeme za skvelý pobyt. Odporúčame a určite sa ešte niekedy vrátime.

Veľky apartmán s veľkou terasou plne zariadenou ( stôl, stoličky, lehatko ) s výhľadom na more a asi 100m od krasnej kamenistej pláže. Apartmán mal všetko zariadenie ( vysávač, pračku, kuchynské potreby ). Nachádzal sa v komplexe kde bolo aj kino na prízemi a potraviny. Krásne okolie. Ubytovateľ bol neustále na telefóne a na každú otázku nám ihneď odpovedal. Boli sme s dvoma malými deťmi (4 a 2 ročné) a bolo to ideálne aj pre nich. Hneď pri ubytovaní je zastávka autobusu, ktorý chodi priamo do starého mesta. Veľmi dobra doprava a veľa autobusov, ktoré často chodili aj mimo sezónu.

Очень удобное расположение.Пляж в 5 минутах от отеля. Автобусная остановка рядом,можно поехать посмотреть старый город,ходит маршрут 4 Магазины,рестораны,кинотеатр прямо там на территории отеля.

Очень низкие потолки. У меня рост 1,70 но я несколько раз стукнулась головой. Думаю тем кто выше вообще некомфортно будет. В ванной тоже низкий потолок,душ стоя сложно будет принять. Только сидя.

Appartamento carino con una camera decisamente meglio dell'altra

Vicina al mare, casa grande e ristrutturata di recente. Il balcone era enorme.

Wi-Fi pessimo. La stanza con il letto a castello e il letto singolo era minuscola. La doccia è ricavata da una vasca alla quale è stato montato un vetro mobile, purtroppo senza guarnizione quindi si allaga facilmente tutto il bagno.

Czystość, bliskość sklepów i restauracji, bliskość plaży, pełne wyposażenie apartamentu. Nawet takie szczegóły jak tabletki do zmywarki. Super kontakt z gospodarzem (telefoniczny :-) )

Skosy :). Na zdjęciu widać, że są skosy ale w łazience wyprostować mogło się tylko 5 letnie dziecko z naszej rodziny. W reszcie pomieszczeń dało się funkcjonować normalnie.

местоположение и тихий район, магазины и кафе рядом.

скошенные потолки, людям выше 165 см туда не заезжать! не сможете нормально ни помыться, ни зубы почистить! окна на кухне без затемнения, днем было жарко, ярко светило солнце, кухня / зал сильно нагревались. В целом, если не придираться к низким скошенным потолкам, тупым ножам на кухне, и отсутствии сковороды, то в принципе жить можно. Чашек/ ложек/ тарелок хватало, холодильник, мебель - чистые, бытовая техника, кухня, плита - новое, чистое, все в рабочем состоянии. Диваны без пледов/ одеял, немного неудобно в плане того, что боишься посадить пятна. Сушилка предусмотрена, ванная чистая, хорошо сделанная, но супругу было не комфортно мыться и принимать душ/ ванную, из за низких потолков, но с друго стороны это эконом жилье.
