Great place and would rebook when we return!

The host was extremely helpful upon arrival showing us the entire apartment. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was close to many restaurants, a grocery store along with the beach.

Could have been so much better.

The host was a nice man who tried to help us with the problems we encountered. It’s a nice apartment close to the beach.

There was a leak in the ceiling from the plumbing above. The host tried to patch it up as it was a public holiday but unfortunately on both nights of our stay the ceiling leaked and some of the patchwork fell onto the bed.

Great flat for a relaxing stay with 10 min public bus to old town Dubrovnik

Fantastic location close to a beautiful bay with plenty of bars and restaurants. Dubrovnik old town is at 10 minutes by public bus. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful apartment in a convenient location.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and only 10 minutes by car to Old Town. There was a mini market store and beach at only a few minutes of walking distance. It is located in a quaint little street with lovely gardens in the neighbourhood. The apartment, bathroom and shower were spotless with plenty of fresh towels. The host was polite, professional and some useful advice at check in about the surroundings.

There was a bowl of little sweets thoughtfully left for guests on the small dining table, but unfortunately I spotted lots of tiny little bugs inside it and on the table so I could not use the table to eat.

Clean, spacious, great parking spot, we had lot of towels and toillet paper, it has a freezer, lotd of coffee, host is very nice

It will be better to have a new dishwashing sponge (we had a used one), there is no cutting board in the kitchen

Totally loved this apartment. Highly recommended!

Everything! The apartment is spacious, modern, very clean and complete - what you see on the photos is what you get. It is so cosy you feel at home. They provided sufficient bath towels, face towels, shower gel, hair dryer, iron+board. The pantry has cooking stove, fridge, microwave, pots/pans, cutleries…and with Tommy supermarket around the corner (abt 2 mins walk), you can choose to cook your own meals! The host is very very nice and friendly. Loved that we are away from the busy old town but yet not too far to travel there. There’s a direct bus no. 4 from the bus stop which is less than a minute walk from the apartment, only few bus stops to old city so it is very convenient.

Fantastic apartment with a great host, great base for exploring Dubrovnik and beyond

Great property, easy to find and very accessible. Super friendly host who greeted us and took the time to show us around. Even after checking out he allowed us to park a little longer on the property. Gave us tips for visiting Dubrovnik and nearby restaurants. Plenty of facilities nearby in walking distance. We also easily walked to the city, took the bus back. Bus stop is 200 meters from the apartment. Apartment was very clean, modern and well-equipped. Had everything we needed. Value for money was excellent.

Exceptional

The host has put a lot of thought to the interest of guest staying in the apartment. These are small details like charging point near the bed. Toiletries holder, air freshener, 5 star hotel quality bed, and there are many more little details which i didn't list all down but they do add to my comfortable stay here. Highly recommenced apartment to stay. Another plus point is the location is closed to a lot of restaurants and there is a Tommy supermarket nearby.

Overall, apartment is new, very well established, very pleasant, the host is nice and open to help

Very polite and pleasant host! On our very late arrival we were pleasantly surprised that a bottle of water was expecting for us in a fridge. Apartment was very clean and included basically everything we needed. Despite of the fact that in booking were written that toiletries are not included, we actually had everything needed provided by the host i.e. shampoo, shower gel, soap etc. Location is great as well: one minute to the supermarket, maybe five minutes to the bus stop, app. 7 minutes to the lapad beach. Great terrace with chairs and table.

Basically we liked everything, but there is always a room for improvement. - check out is quite early: 10 am, it would be much better to consider 11 am as check out time. - not much of a daily light, as there is only windows at the kitchen and one tiny in a bathroom. Nevertheless, apartment has lots of led lamps, so you have very good lighting at day and night. - we didn't manage to watch a TV, but we didn't ask host either how to use it properly as we actually didn't care. We spent our time always outside.

Great stay, modern apartment and great location

The apartment was perfect with everything you could need and more. It was located perfectly as it was a short walk to lapad beach while the bus stop for buses into the old town was located at the top of the street 2 minutes away. the bus took around 15 mins and was very busy and cost 15 kuna pp.

It felt like the walls were paper thin as next door could be heard flushing the toilet or using the shower as if it was in your own room. i find this a slight issue in most places and so it is dependant upon who is staying at the same time as you.

The room was lovely with everything you’d need for a short stay. The location was also very good, close to a number of bus lines which take you into the old town. There is also a beach 5 minutes walk away and supermarkets etc all within very short walking distances.

The appartment is amazing, it is huge with modern and stylish furniture. There is a lot of space to pack all things, we had 3 luggages. The bed is big and very comfortable and during the holidays we slept very well. The host is very helpful. We really enjoyed our holidays in Dubrovnik and recommend the appartment Martha in 100%.

Amazing property just wish we could get a good nights sleep!

Location The location was fantastic, a bus stop at the top of the hill which took you to the old town was great. You can walk into the town itself in a couple of minutes where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. There are supermarkets near by if you need anything but it's also a small residential area so it's quite quiet. Sunset beach lives up to it's name and there is a great cocktail bar in a cave just past the beach. Facilities It looks like this apartment (we stayed in the bottom one) has recently been refurbished. All clean and modern fittings throughout. The shower is fantasic (although you do have to wait a while for the water to reheat before the second person has a shower afterwards). The bed is big and super comfy and the kitchen is handy although we didn't really use it. Cleanliness It was spotless. That's honestly all I can say, I was very impressed by how clean it was.

Now, I do hate to have to post a complaint BUT the walls are paper thin. There are apartments above and next to the bottom one we stayed in. The first night we slept great but the second and third were just hell. The second night we were woken up at 10 past midnight by someone next door having a shower. This sounds petty but if anyone flushes a toilet or runs a tap it's EXTREMELY loud in the apartment. We were then woken up at 03:10am and 6am by next door being sick in their bathroom. You could hear EVERYTHING. We were then awoken shortly after by a child screaming. Night 3 we were woken up at quater to 1 in the morning by that same child who was hysterically screaming. I know this sounds like an over the top rant but the walls are so thin any noise wakes you up, let alone a screaming child. We had an early flight home the next day so by the time we actually got home, with the lack of sleep we were shattered. If the owners have not done so already, I highly recommend you sleep in the bottom apartment so you can understand my comments. It really does pain me to post this as the apartment itself is fab! But the lack of sleep really got to us.
