Villa Tolja

Villa Tolja was exactly what we were looking for and hoping to find, especially since we were traveling with a 3 year-old child. Starting with our host,Maro, who is incredibily kind and always willing to help with anything you need, and continuing with the villa’s location, which was perfect for us. It is only a 10 minutes walk from the beach and about 12-15 minutes from the Old Town by bus or uber. The bus stop is conveniently located right across the street and there is also a supermarket just a few minutes walk away. The apartment we rented was in the ground floor, requiring only three steps down from street level, witch made Access very easy with a stroller and a young child. There is also a gentle path that leads directly to the promenade within just a few minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation, especialy for families with children or elderly guests. Considering that Dubrovnik is known for its many stairs, Villa Tolja offers the great advantage of being easily accessible, with no significant stairs to climb or descend during your stay. It made our visit much more comfortable and enjoyable.

The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not affect the overall quality of our stay.

Good location and good value. Very close to bus stop across the road, short walk to supermarket and lots of restaurants and bars. Beach just a few minutes walk.

Nothing

(Achtung: Fotos zeigen verschiedene Wohnungen gemischt!) Kein Meerblick von der Terrasse aus.
