Gorgeous property Villa Ivanino is a holiday villa, only 5 minutes from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, with luxury and privacy of its own swimming pool and capacity of 11 guests it is ideal for family and large groups.
Villa is situated in the suburb of Dubrovnik, at the western entrance to the town, in a quiet bay of Lozica. This charming villa has been tastefully and nicely decorated, in a sunny position, 50 m from the beach, south facing position. Property grounds 740 m2 (fenced) with plants; All of its 6 bedrooms have a balcony with sea view. The villa’s many amenities include newly-constructed swimming pool, air conditioning, satellite TV, a modern fully-equipped kitchen with large dining and living rooms.
This gorgeous property is surrounded by orange, olive, pine trees and other Mediterranean greenery. From its terraces and balconies you can enjoy in a cozy atmosphere and a breathtaking view on the blue Adriatic Sea which is only 50 m away, the island of Daksa and Lapad peninsula.
