Spacious well equipped apartment with lovely sea views. We were a group of 4 but the apartment could easily sleep 6 Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Walkable into Dubrovnik Old Town. Host was always available and gave helpful suggestions for restaurants

Traffic noise from main road to rear of apartment although didn't spoil our stay Walk back up from Dubrovnik Old Town is longer than stated but easily manageable if reasonably fit

Fantastic view and extremely comfort place for stay in Dubrovnik.

Property had everything needed, and was very comfortable and clean. The host was lovely, always available for questions and very hospitable. WiFi was quick and reliable. There is a bus stop quite close to the property, which is useful for getting into town.

Since the property is quite far up, it’s not very easy to access grocery stores or the old town by foot.

Amazing views of the sea from the large balcony. Never got tired of it.

It is a spacious apartment with a large balcony and amazing views. The owner was very friendly and gave lots of helpful hints about Dubrovnik.

We loved the property but had to climb steps with the luggage to reach the front door.

Very spacious two bedroom apartment. Access ability also very good as with most properties easy walk downhill to town but quite a climb on way up . However this property can be accessed by car unlike many others we seen . Around 7 euros with get you an uber on way back up to apartment . Great location for a base central to all Dubrovnik activities/sites. Our host was extremely helpful and kept in touch throughout the stay . We were met on arrival by Olga who cleaned the property to very high standard . We travelled as a couple with friends . We all agreed we would recommend this property .

I can’t say anything more about how perfect this sport is! - beautiful view - very comfortable and perfect size - I loved the location! It was a little away from old town but only like 20 min walk which was great because it was easy to get in and out of! It was also close to the best sunset! - the host was so helpful! - super clean

The parking at Dubrovnik is a little tricky, the host is very patient and give us very detailed instructions and even met us personally at the gate to direct us to the spot reserved for us, very grateful for it and introduced the facility and apartment and how to get around to the old town and nearby restaurants

Amazing place with absolutely stunning views. Elisa was very friendly and explained all details. We were able to have a late checkout which made the stay even better. The Apartment has a great location, quiet but you can reach everything very quickly. There are a few steps up and down, but if you don't feel like walking back up you can Uber for 8€. There is a parking space included, mind if you park in public garages it's 7€ per hour so this is a big bonus! We only stayed one night but noticed that there are many utilities and the kitchen was well equipped.

Fantastic views, had everything we needed including parking. The host Elisa was amazing, couldn’t fault her, so friendly and helpful.

Nothing we didn’t like. I would say to other guests realistically you probably want to get an Uber back to the apartment from the centre (not expensive - approx €7 euros) as the walk back is uphill and when it’s hot we preferred getting a taxi back.

Very clean and spacious with excellent cooking facilities and appliances. The balcony offers excellent views over the city.

My parents cannot walk far and so the hill climb to the main road was a struggle for them. Taxis did often refuse to pick us up but this is not the apartments fault. It is only around a 15min walk to the old town so perfectly fine on the way down for fit people. The climb back up is exhausting.

Funny story is that we actually did not get to stay at this property. One day before our arrival in Dubrovnik booking informed us that our reservation could not be honored due to overbooking, although we have reserved 3 months prior and already paid the full amount 1 month prior to our arrival. I immediately called the property and I discussed over the phone with Nikolina who informed me that overbooking was a mistake from booking and unfortunately there was nothing she could do because there were no rooms available at the property. I requested her to find us an alternative accommodation given that we have been informed on such short notice and we already paid. After 10 min she called back informing me that the owner of this accommodation has another property in Dubrovnik, Casa Kondelli, and that they are not having any guests there during those days, so we can take it without any additional costs. Then I got in touch with Elisa, the owner of both properties, who was really nice, friendly, apologized for the mistake and assured me everything is arranged for our stay at Casa Kondelli. So my review will actually be for that property. We arrived in Dubrovnik the next evening and we were welcomed by Elisa and Antonio who were very nice to us, they showed us the villa and gave us tips for nice restaurants and things to do around. Casa Kondelli is an amazing property with amazing view over the old city and the harbor. The apartment is newly renovated and is not missing anything, has the latest modern kitchen appliances and comfortable beds. The highlight of the property is the terrace where you can rest in the afternoon or have coffee in the morning. The villa is perfect for a big group of friends of family coming to Dubrovnik for a week of relaxation. During our stay there Antonio checked with us to make sure that we are okay and that we have everything we need. The car can we parked right outside the villa.

Since the property is up the hill, there are a lot of stairs to go down to the old town and climb back, which can be a proper workout, but the view is definitely worth it :)

The location of the home was really good

The staff of the place was exceptionally rude. The service lady, Nikolina chased us on a car, stopped our taxi on the middle of the highway just because we missed to pay €12 city tax. We had only €10 Euro which we gave her, but she didn't let the cab leave. It was 9:47am and we had a bus to catch at 10am. We barely caught our bus because the driver helped with the 2€ as the lady will not let us go because of this.

The apartment is spacious, with a huge terrace and sea view.

We absolutely loved our stay in Dubrovnik, a beautiful town, friendly people, amazing sights. Our apartment was fantastic, Nikolina was amazing, her recommendations were brilliant, so accommodating and a lovely host! Beautiful views from the apartment!

We loved the location and the easy parking. The view was amazing and there’s a little sitting area outside to enjoy it. The room was very spacious and decorated very nicely. Nikolina was sweet and wonderful and we really enjoyed talking with her. She was always available and gave us plenty of tips for exploring the city.

There was no shower gel/shampoo, could have been nice to have.

We were very happy with our apartment. Best view of the old city of Dubrovnik and Adriatic sea from our specious balcony. We had most beautiful sunset. Moon wasn`t so bad either. Our host, Nikolina, was very very nice. She gave us few options to go to for dinner and breakfast. She even extended our parking space hours so we could enjoy the city and not worry about our car the next day. I would totally come back here the next time
