Great communication with the host Paola, she was very responsive to questions and helping us locate the apartment late at night. Apartment was clean and tidy, and had a nice courtyard. Bus stop nearby, but never used, so cannot comment on accuracy of timetable and schedule. Supermarket 8-10 minute walk down the hill.
Steep flight of stairs down from the main road followed by a further 3-4 flights of stairs to the apartment entrance. Difficult with big bags and traveling with older people.

Most of all, I appreciated the very easy check in and check out. We were able to arrive and leave as we wanted and not worry about a timeline to meet someone or stress about getting info. Room was clean, AC worked well and had one per room which was awesome given how hot it was during our stay. The location was great and a charming, pretty walk (with lots of stairs).
It would have been very helpful to have a few notes in the room with instructions like what bus to take to the main tourist area or suggestions for places to eat close by, especially for people arriving late. It wasn’t expected, but it would have been very helpful.
