Good place for staying.

Sweet and cozy

The owner was very sweet, he gave us tips on what to visit, he lended us his drying rack. Everything was very clean and comfortable, even the sofa was ok to sleep on. The view was mesmerizing.

The property was lovely. Very clean and had amazing views. The owner was welcoming and friendly. He suggested us few points about the city, transport and restaurants and made himself available if we ever needed anything. Very pleasant.

Great apartment in Dubrovnik

Everything was perfect. We are a family of three with a dog. The apartment was a great size and space for us. Our host, Iva, met us by waiting along the side of the road so that she could show us exactly where to park. A parking space is included with this unit, which was perfect for us as we came by personal auto. She then helped us carry our belongings down the stairs to the apartment. The apartment has one queen bed in the main bedroom, and in the living room/kitchen area there is a dining table as well as a couch that can be converted into another bed. This was a great place for us to bring our dog along. He especially loved the place and was very comfortable. As with most places in Dubrovnik, guests who want to visit the old town will need to walk quite a long distance, and going back to the place includes mostly uphill climbs with stairs and upward slopes. As it was very hot during our stay, we definitely got our steps in and were very appreciative of the comfortable beds and air conditioner supplied by the apartment. Iva is a very kind person and she lives next door to the apartment, and was available if we needed anything. If we return to Dubrovnik, we will definitely look for this place to be available!

What's the problem? I'll visit again.

First of all, there is a private parking lot here. Additionally, there's no need for a separate bar. The beer on the balcony is simply fantastic, and the host is very kind. On top of that, the interior facilities are perfect. If we visit again, we will definitely choose this place. I've never written a review before, but we were so impressed by the perfection of this place that we decided to write one. We highly recommend it.

Nice Apartment on the hill with scenic views of the city!

very very nice host! They are very helpful and provide all info. needed with easy communication. The apartment provides everything we need also with scenic view of the city. The old city center is within walking distance.

The only downside is that it has a humid smell which is common for all house built into hillside. Luckily the host installed a ventilation and has a air fragrance diffuser against the problem. The parking is a bit challenge at least for the first time, but get used to it after the 2nd try. You can never get a free park space like this in Dubrovnik :) This Apartment is more for young people than old people because of the stairs...

Modern very clean aparement, well equipped

The flat was very clean and well maintained. Nice smell in the flat. You can see that the hosts pay attention to cleanliness. Very well equipped, modern. Air conditioning in each room gives great comfort. Beautiful view from the terrace. Very good contact with the friendly owner. Overall very highly recommended.

The accommodation is up high, on top of the town, so from the old town and the beach you have to walk uphill quite a lot. You can take an uber or a taxi. People in a wheelchair or with a child pushchair may have a problem getting to the facility, as you have to walk up quite a few stairs.

outstanding service: hosts Iva and Luka went out of their way to help with accommodations letting us to check in earlier and check out later. they helped us carry luggage, gave us pointers on where to go, what to see and how to get there including the complementary bus tickets. We were greeted with tasty homemade cookies and unbelievable panoramic view of Dubrovnik and the sea. old city is 20 min walk away.

Super Appartment mit vollständiger Küchenausstattung. Alles sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist neu. Der Gastgeber hat sogar extra die Klima vorher angemacht, da er wusste dass wir mit einem Baby anreisen. Er hat uns persönlich trotz Anreise um 1 Uhr Nachts empfangen. Wir haben uns auf deutsch unterhalten und er hat uns paar Tipps für Dubrovnik gegeben. Besonders praktisch war der Parkplatz direkt am Straßenrand.

Apsolutno sve: Jako ljubazni domaćini koji su nas dočekali,pomogli da se smjestimo,parkiramo auto…oni su učinili da boravak u Dubrovniku bude kompletan. Smjestaj je izuzetno čist i uredan i ima sve sto je potrebno,čak i više od toga. Na raspolaganju je i terasa sa koje se pruža panoramski pogled na grad. Lokacija je odlicna jer ne morate da se vozite kroz uske ulice,jednostavno parkirate auto u blizini smjestaja i grad obilazite pješice. Definitivno će opet moj izbor u Dubrovniku biti Mediterranean Vista.

Perfeito. Um verdadeiro hotel de 5 estrelas.

Há caminhos íngremes que vale a pena percorrer e, sem dúvida, este foi um deles. Se já tinha ficado sem fôlego no caminho para o alojamento (por nossa culpa, confesso, porque de facto fomos alertadas pelo proprietário de que seria melhor pedir um uber), foi ao deparar-me com aquela vista incrível que ainda fiquei pior. Este alojamento é equiparável a um hotel de 5 estrelas, mas por um preço muito mais acessível. Sem dúvida, o melhor alojamento em que já ficamos. O espaço é totalmente moderno, com smart tv, uma cozinha totalmente equipada, uma casa de banho de luxo, com direito a oferta de mini shampoos, gel de banho e muito mais, bem como, acesso a creme hidratante. O quarto de casal é grande, com um closet fantástico e um espelho muito bom para o outfit do dia. O sofá-cama, que está na sala, fazia competição com a suite de casal porque era muito grande e confortável, dando perfeitamente para 2 pessoas. Foi muito fácil fazer refeições lá. Ar condicionado top. Dá perfeitamente para uma estadia longa e o nosso erro foi mesmo não ter ficado lá mais tempo. Tem acesso a uma área externa com varanda com a tal vista incrível que já mencionei, cadeiras e estendal. Os proprietários são absolutamente acessíveis, simpáticos e acolhedores. Permitiram deixar as nossas malas antes do check-in (às 7h da manhã) e pós check-out, e estiveram sempre contactáveis.

De não ter ficado mais tempo e não ter seguido o conselho de pedir o uber... a sério, compensa que a subida dá cabo de nós!!!! (mas é tudo assim em Dubrovnik)

Apartamento muy pequeño para cuatro personas. La limpieza no es buena. En el salón no hay persianas. El parking, por llamarlo de alguna forma, es de locos. Se aparca en el arcén de la carretera, en un precipicio.

Miejsce jako baza wypadowa do kilkudniowego ok,

Właściciele bardzo pomocni i uprzejmi, z którymi mieliśmy stały kontakt w razie jakichkolwiek pytań. Lokalizacja aspirująca do tego, by mieć standard hotelowy (ręczniki, kosmetyki, klapki, czepki, sejf itp.), jednak brakuje parkingu, a żeby być bardziej precyzyjnym to parking jest, tyle że przy głównej drodze. Pędzące samochody stwarzają zagrożenie, gdzie osobiście jeden wyprzedzający lokalny kierowca prawie mnie potrącił, podczas wypakowywania bagaży po podróży. Do tego obiekt podczas Naszego pobytu był w remoncie, więc od 7 rano było wiercenie itp., które myślę że po przeprowadzeniu remontu (w tym sezonie, bo dotyczy całego obiektu) nie będzie uciążliwe.

Parking, my wybraliśmy opcje parkingu miejskiego w cenie 24 euro za dobę, nie wiem jaka będzie cena za parking w sezonie, ewentualnie pozostaje parkowanie auta przy drodze i zastanawianie się czy ktoś nie uszkodzi pojazdu.

Logement avec vue magnifique sur la ville

La vue depuis l'appartement sur la ville est tout simplement fabuleuse. La terrasse est petite est permet tout de même de se poser le soir à la fraiche et au calme. Bel appartement avec équipements neufs et de qualités.

Le parking est situé en bord de route (très passante) et il faudra descendre une trentaine de marches pour accéder au logement , mais c'est tout de même appréciable car c'est compliqué de stationner à Dubrovnik (parkings payants).

Нас было четверо, посуды только для троих.Нет мочалки для мытья посуды,так что пришлось мыть полотенцем.Стоянкв для машины находится на оживленной трассе,а сам дом по лестнице вниз,что затрудняет спуск и подъем вещей.Старый город находится далеко внизу,минут 40 пешком(никак ни 10,как писали выше),обязательно скачайте приложениеUBER,т.к на этом такси вы вернётесь за 8е,а если взять внизу машину,стоимость возрастёт до 20е.
