Clean place and excellent location

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was super clean and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the main beach, the Riva, and plenty of souvenir shops. Marina was amazing—very professional, always helpful, and quick to answer all our questions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Stay in Dubrovnik

We had a wonderful stay at Nika Marangun’s apartment in Dubrovnik this summer. The apartment was comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent—close enough to enjoy the city and beaches, but still quiet and relaxing. The apartment had air conditioning, and the host was welcoming. We truly appreciate how comfortable we felt, and we would gladly return. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Good in quality price.

Location, price and confort. There is a really nice restaurant in the same building. At 15-20 min walking from the old town of Dubrovnik

We couldn't use the elevator.

Comfortable bed.

Room was at the basement and stank of mould. There was noise and light was coming in through the glass bricks and couldn’t do anything about it because there were no curtains or blinds. Not particularly clean.

Waited 40 minutes for help with washer, 1/2 for toilet paper. Lock did not seem secure. It is in a parking garage under a restaurant

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage

Das Apartment ist recht groß, schönes Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, und Netflix gibt's obendrein. Parken in der Garage ist sehr positiv in dieser Stadt! Zu Fuß keine halbe Stunde in die Altstadt, alternativ fährt der Bus keine 100m entfernt ab. Die Lage ist also hervorragend! Eine Bäckerei und ein kleiner Laden sind außerdem nur 200-300 Meter entfernt.

Aussicht gibt's vom Apartment Nr. 3 leider keine.

Buena ubicación y parking pero no cumplió nuestras expectativas

• Parking privado, muy importante en Dubrovnik. • Supermercado cerca. • Centro histórico cerca, 15-20 minutos andando. Parada de bus al lado del apartamento pero muy saturada.

• Mala señalización del parking. • Escribí al anfitrión diciendo a la hora a la que iba a llegar y no había nadie esperando tal como estaba escrito en la descripción, sumado a la mala señalización a la entrada del parking (podría facilitarse la descripción). • Poca iluminación tanto de lámparas como a través de ventanas ya que nos tocó el apartamento nº 3, una especie de sótano. No tiene vistas a la calle, solo a una pared de en frente. • Poco menaje de cocina. No tiene microondas. • Déficit de limpieza, platos y menaje de cocina sucios, muchas pelusas por el suelo. • La mampara de la ducha no cerraba. • Nos encontramos toallas sucias en el armario. • Picaporte de la puerta principal flojo, se descolgó. • Nos pareció descuidado.

Dos noches en Dubrovnik

Que tuviera parking es un puntazo y más en Dubrovnik. La ubicación esta bastante bien, a unos 25 min de Old Town y a unos 5 min andando está la playa Bellevue. Para bajar a Old Town también tienes la opción de ir en autobús y la parada está en la puerta. Cerca del apartamento hay buenos restaurantes.

Falta un poco de menaje de cocina y la limpieza podría ser mejorable.

Très bonne situation pour visiter Dubrovnik

La situation de l’Appartement à 5mns de la plage Bellevue et 20mns à pied de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik est parfaite. Le fait de disposer d’un parking sur place est un grand plus. L’appartement était spacieux et les lits confortables

La chambre de l’appartement est aveugle et il n’y a qu’une fenêtre dans le salon, donnant sur un mur. Cet appartement est donc très sombre et ne convient que pour dormir, il n’y a aucune vue sur l’extérieur

Un buon compromesso, migliorabile, ma si dorme bene.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona ottima, ovvero a 15/20 minuti dalla città vecchia con un percorso a piedi gradevole per il panorama e senza troppi dislivelli. Considerate che la città vecchia sarà quella che frequenterete per l'80% del tempo, escludendo gite ed escursioni che comunque partono sempre dalla città vecchia. Il posto auto privato gratuito è stato sicuramente ottimo considerando che all'interno delle mura non si entra in auto e all'esterno non ci sono molti parcheggi e quelli che trovate costano tanto. L'appartamento è silenzioso e ho dormito bene, nel complesso vivibile, anche se potrebbe migliorare.

La finestra della camera, seppur si affaccia ad un deposito un po trasandato e in penombra, lascia filtrare la luce con una tenda inefficace. Ho dovuto schermare la finestra con un asciugamano. La camera è piccola e non c'è spazio per le valige che abbiamo lasciato nel soggiorno/cucina abbastanza ampio. Nell'appartamento non c'è un buon odore, probabilmente per gli scarichi o l'umido. La situazione è migliorata leggermente spostando nel terrazzo l'asciugamano da terra della doccia e applicando un sapone negli scarichi. Il bagno non è rifinito, presenta silicone posticcio in molti punti.

La peggior esperienza con booking

La posizione a 2km dal centro e il parcheggio

Senza luce, con finestre che si affacciano sui muri. Mobiliario vecchio. La cosa terribile è che era sporco, piatti dei precedenti inquilini dentro il lavastoviglie, lenzuola con macchie, pop corn ammuffiti dentro il divano letto. Lo scaldabagno non funzionava ci siamo docciati con acqua fredda la prima notte, il secondo giorno credo l’abbiano sistemato. Alla richiesta di cambiare camera ci hanno detto che per la notte stessa non era possibile (menzogna, l’appartamento di fronte era libero) e che il giorno dopo si ci avrebbero cambiato. Alla richiesta di cambiare come promesso il giorno dopo ci è stato detto che purtroppo non era possibile perchè era entrata una prenotazione all’ultimo minuto. Host poco serio specchio di una città iperturisticizzata che cerca solo di svuotare i portafogli dei turisti offrendo a volte servizi scadenti come in questo caso.

Tornerò sicuramente 😁

Appartamento carinisso a 3 minuti a piedi da una spiaggia favolosa. Siamo state benissimo, lo staff è stato molto cordiale e sempre disponibile. Nonostante siamo arrivate tardi, ci hanno atteso puntualissimi fuori dall’appartamento. Hanno risposto ai nostri messaggi anche in tarda notte e sono stati gentilissimi nel prenotarci un transfer privato fino all’aeroporto.
