Welcoming owners, panoramic view, clean rooms. Very useful car parking.
The location isn't very close to the historic center, requiring about a half-hour walk. This isn't suitable for those with any difficulties, especially considering it's located above the town. To get back and avoid the stairs, we had to take a taxi (there are buses, but, in our case, we weren't allowed on the bus with a small dog).

La sympathie des hôtes. La vue sur Dubrovnik et les îles.
Les 285 marches à monter tous les jours, voire plusieurs fois par jour. La distance de la vieille ville. En tenant compte de ces éléments, le prix me paraît excessif.
