This exclusive high décor apartment located just above Old Town of Dubrovnik offers a stunning view of the entire eastern side of the city and the island of Lokrum. Set in the elite Ploče area, the property with three bedrooms and two balconies represents a truly special place to stay in.
Our stylish three-bedroom apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. With two double bedrooms, a single bedroom with an additional pull-out sofa for 1, and 1.5 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Enjoy sea views from two balconies with dining table, and make use of the full kitchen and dining room. Ideal for exploring the city's attractions, it offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay.
Amenities include: TV with satellite channels, AC (living room and one bedroom), free WIFI, full kitchen, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, bathroom with a shower, additional half bathroom with a toilet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, safety box.
Ploče is a calm neighborhood in the heart of Dubrovnik. The apartment can be approached from the upper road walking 106 steps down, or from the bottom road walking 50 steps up. Old Town is approximately 10 minutes walk down the hill, for return trip it is recommended taking a taxi from Pile or Ploče gate, taxi ride would cost ca. 8 EUR.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case the apartment has been cleaned before. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.

We loved the location and view from the balconies

Dubrovnik is a great place to visit for a few days and the apartment has a great view over Lokrum, a nearby island and Dubrovnik Old Town and Harbour. Uber works well to get about and we used to find a larger supermarket or to get to the other side of the City Wall for example. Apartment was clean, has everything you need. Watch outs to be aware of, though didn’t cause our family any issues1. If you need to speak in person with the team running the apartment or leave luggage with them they are 20 mins walk away2. The apartment is between 2 roads and access is via steep stairs which is not an issue if you are fairly fit though a struggle with large suitcases

the apartment was very nice with spectacular view just like the picture. our only hiccup was the 96 steps up and down to get to apartment with luggage. thank God we made this our home base for all 3 night.

We loved our stay in this apartment. Beautiful view and within walking distance to everything. Property owners were quick to respond to any questions we had.
