Comfortable, well equipped with all the essentials

Very nicely equipped, had all the essentials and then some. The host was a super host, greeted us, explained everything around the apartment, and gave us local tips. Has a good parking spot. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful place

The apartment was superclean, supermodern, just the right size for our group, and had a lovely balcony. Separate a/c units in every room was terrific. The host was friendly and helpful and came to our assistance immediately when we needed it.

The neighbors had three big dogs that barked day and night. Extremely irritating. Dubrovnik is very hilly in general and the area where the apartment is located was no exception. In the heat, it was strenuous to go uphill.

Comfortable stay, safe and nice environment

Very spacious , have 3 big rooms and 2 bathrooms which is very spacious for 4 of us. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is very nice . There is car park downstairs but the road is one way, a little bit tricky to drive through but it is still fine. The area is a little bit up the hill , so it is nice and quiet

Everything about this stay was a 10/10. The beds are super comfortable. Transportation is easy through uber. The place is also a 15-20 minute walk to the old town. There’s a supermarket nearby which is very convinent. The owner is very helpful and friendly

Dubrovnik is a brilliant city to visit & this apartment was a part of that.

Igor welcomed us into the bright, clean apartment with plenty of room for our family of 5. well equipped kitchen (we cooked dinner twice), washing machine available, outside terrace & balcony.

a bit further out of the old town than I realized but once we figured out how to use the buses, that wasn’t an issue.

An excellent week in a "home from home" apartment.

Lovely apartment. A really helpful host explained the best route to the old town as John uses a wheelchair. They even left us a starter supply of coffee, herbs, spices, sugar, etc. The transfer from and to the airport was arranged in advance and worked very well with a friendly helpful drover.

Appartment Laus was a great place to stay to visit Dubrovnik.

Easy, just whatsapped the owner who sent me very clear instructions on meeting the key holder. We had a small plumbing issue whilst we were there, messaged the owner who sent someone around immediately to fix it - great service!!!

The walk into town is a little frawt as the pavements are so thin. But there is nothing I didn't like about the appartment.

Everything was perfect ! The best one.

We could walk to old city and to the beach. We parked the car and didn’t use it until checkout. The apartment is very cosy and beautiful. It has everything we need and very comfortable. A large balcony with an amazing view of the city. Large rooms, comfortable sofas and maples (the best of the world according to my children), kitchen with all equipment. Quite place, nice neighborhood. Staff 5 stars. The best accommodation in Dubrovnik, I dare say. I would love to come back one day.

We were warmly welcomed by our host. provided a map of Dubrovnik and information how to get around, what to see, where to go, as well as the keys and a brief description of our accommodations with tour. 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi to Old town. Quiet restful area and very spacious family friendly apartment.

We couldn't check in right away, but our host offered to store our luggage. Unfortunately, our cell phones were not working to communicate overseas, at first.

We loved to stay in this apartment. Our host was very kind, she gave us a map of the city and provided us with many useful tips and recommendations. The apartment was beautiful with a balcony, spatious and very well equipped. We used Uber to the old city, because my parents are older, it was quick and well priced. There is a shopping mall very close.

Extremely spacious, comfortable apartment with star host

Igor was an absolute champion - clearly communicated everything from the offset, very accommodating around our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed, including excellent recommendations for the area. The apartments are extremely spacious with stylish and comfortable fixtures and the kitchens kitted out with everything you'd need. The beds were so comfortable and lots of room in the bathrooms (often a rarity in Europe accom). Absolutely exceeded expectations!

Everything was perfect from the contact we had with the owner before our stay, the location, the equipment, the flat itself... The owner welcome you in the croatian way, nicely and friendly. They give you a map of Dubrovnik, advices, tips.. The flat itself is huge, perfectly and highly equiped, the location is perfect 10/15 min from the old town.. Thanks to our owner for this great stay. Appartamento molo bello e ben arredato.Molto grande e distribuito su tutto il piano. Balcone/Terrazzo grande attrezzato con tavole e seggiole.Aria condizionata indipendente su tutte le stanze.Dista circa 1 km. dal Old Town e si puo' raggiungere comodamente a piedi con passeggiata di 20 minuti oppure con bus (la fermata e' a circa 100 metri). Proprietatro molto disponibile.

Tutto perfetto. Unica nota per chi ha' disabilita non c'e l'ascensore(L'appartamento e al 2°piano).
