Moderate experience for our first hotel in Croatia

Close and accessible by a few bus to the old town for those who do not want to stay there. A few grocery stores in walking distance. Hot water works well. Host is friendly and speaks good English.

WiFi only works for the living room, NO signal in the kitchen or the bedroom. Host said to check it but didn’t follow up, so we had to go to the living room during our stay to use internet. Facilities are basic and not feeling cozy. Washing machine wasn’t clean with a lot of wet feathers (host said she washed feather pillows…). Light goes through the glass door in the early morning, definitely waking you up if sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Located high, many stairs to climb. Host not always responsive.

A good place for a short visit

The ouner was waiting at the appointed time and allowed us to check out an hour later, for which I'm very grateful. The room was clean and had a comfortable mattress. The location was quiet. I slept well. The location is convenient, with bus number 1A from the central bus station and a ship terminal. It's close to both the beach and the old town.

The stairs to get to the apartment are steep, but that's typical for the area.

Worst stay we ever had

Firstly our room was not clean at all. when we reached we talked to the host and they said that it will be clean when we return. There were no clean towels! used towels were laying in bathroom. there were no tissue rolls in the toilet.... The list goes on... there was wifi information kept on table but unfortunately no network or no name of the wifi at all just a bait. there were hair on the bed all over and stains. and bed was not clean. toilet was not clean. it was moldy. there were no blankets... even after talking to care taker he said yes he called someone about it and asked us to wait. he kept us waiting and legit never showed up! it was a pathetic experience.... we would never recommend this place to anyone.... there is no option to upload video or else I would have posted it We did asked for early check in and the owner was kind at that time to allow us to keep out luggage and at that time we were informed that by 2 it will be cleaned Due to our other reservation we reached home at 10 the house was all day opened and the room was in the same condition.

Excellent, amazing host

It was an amazing experience for me and my friends. The host treated us in a really kind way and she was always willing to help us with everything. The arrival to the appartment was really good indicated and the location was perfect to go by foot to the center and enjoy the city. Thank you so much, we will come back for sure!

Bardzo miły malutki pokoik w połowie drogi między dworcem autobusowym, a starym miastem.

Klimatyzacja, która szybko ochłodziła pokój. Lodówka i czajnik w pokoju. Duże lustro i szafa. Przed wejściem stoliczek z krzesłami i bardzo ładny taras. Podwójny zestaw ręczników.

Bardzo miło, że był dostępny wybór herbat, ale brakowało nam kawy. Pokoik bardzo mały. Wolałabym zamiast szafy mieć trochę więcej przestrzeni. Lokalizacja super, chociaż w Dubrovniku jest wszędzie pod górę ;).

Estaba cerca del old town y de la playa.

La verdad todo, el contacto con la propiedad fue muy malo y al momento de llegar no sabíamos dónde era llamamos varias veces y nadie contestaba, al final nos recibieron dos menos de edad que nos mostraron la pieza. La pieza se sentía sucia, el baño estaba la ducha tapaba y el primer día encontramos un insecto grande. La puerta de entrada era muy difícil de cerrar con llave. La pieza tenía un refrigerador que sonaba muy fuerte toda la noche y no dejaba dormir. El wifi funcionaba muy mal. Uno de los días sirvieron desayuno a otras personas afuera de nuestra pieza que hablaban muy fuerte y nos despertaron. La verdad si no quieres caminar tanto a la playa o al old town si quédate pero sino NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Mi sono trovato molto ci siamo sentiti come se forse a casa ,la signora Ivana e gentilissima e pronta per qualsiasi esigenza ,la casa è pulita è molto spaziosa e e la cucina è attrezzata con tutto ci siamo trovati molto bene c’è ritorneremo .

L'emplacement et l'extérieur.

L'accueil où on a l'impression de déranger : pas vraiment accueillant on voit le gros business a la chaine..., ensuite on attends 15minutes (2 minutes annoncées) puis un enfant de 10 ans qui elle est très polie vient nous montrer notre chambre. Chambre sale, il reste des déchets dans le frigo. Le frigo est bruyant et dans la chambre il faut donc l'éteindre la nuit. Très mitigé mais ça a bien dépanné

Położenie obiektu idealne na samym środku. Do starego miasta jak i nowego blisko. Przystanek autobusowy kilka schodów poniżej. Spokojna dzielnica .Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Wszystko o co poprosileśmy otrzymaliśmy. Na wyposażeniu szklanki i filiżanki plus łyżeczki. Pomocni. Klimatyzacja idealna nie wieje na łóżko jak się śpi. Lodówka wydajna .Łazienka duża. Woda ciepła. Polecam

Brak sztućców typu nóż, widelec i jakiś talerz. To nam brakowało szczególnie jak samolotem nie mogę tego przwieźć. To jedyny minus.

Vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes qui entourent la ville depuis la grande terrasse couplée à l'appart. Proche de la gare routière et du port, très pratique pour les départs vers l’aéroport, les autres villes ou les excursions en mer.

Nagyon kedves, kommunikatív volt a szállásadó, rugalmasan kezelte az érkezést, segített a parkolásban, tájékozódásban.

A hálószoba ablaka egy dohos pincére nézett, ez nagyon-nagyon nem tetszett. Úgy tűnik, hogy van a hálószobán ablak, de függönnyel eltakarva és gyakorlatilag nincs természetes fény és szellőzés. Egyedül a bejáratnál van ajtó és ablak, amúgy az appartman többi része ablaktalan, sötét. Az appartman közvetlen környéke elég rendezetlen. Lásd mellékelt fotók.

Trudno znaleźć apartament. Lokalizacja Google prowadzi źle - ślepa ulica od góry dojście tylko od dołu. Cała uliczka mieści się między dwoma ulicami i są to schody. Apartament ma nr 6, ale na miejscu nie wiadomo które drzwi (są trzy) - brak opisu. Po zdjęciach znaleźliśmy i pomógł też sąsiad. Klucze w drzwiach. Kontakt tylko telefoniczny z właścicielem. Apartament ogólnie ok, wymaga odświeżenia łazienka, stół w kuchni ma uszkodzony blat.

Nos alojamos una noche para conocer Dubrovnik y fue genial. Estábamos a un paseo del casco antiguo y en una zona agradable. Todo estaba limpio y perfecto cuando llegamos pese a estar hasta arriba de trabajo. ¡Fue genial!

Czuliśmy się jak na wakacjach u rodziny!

Gospodarze to niezwykle mili i pomocni ludzie! Świetny kontakt, Pani mówiła po polsku. Dzieci były zachwycone, mieli przestrzeń do zabawy, zaprzyjaźniły się z dziećmi właścicieli. Lokalizacja rewelacja dokładnie pomiędzy Lapad a Grad, 7 minut od najbliższej plazy z malowniczymi widokami. W mieszkaniu niczego nie brakowało.

Brak możliwości przewietrzenia sypialni, poza tym wszystko super! :)

Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί.το air condition αθόρυβο.

Το δωμάτιο μοίραζε σαν κουζίνα,ήταν πολύ φωτεινό,δεν είχε εξώφυλλα στο παράθυρο και η κουρτίνα ήταν λεπτή.Δεν είχε σίτες στο παράθυρο και είχε πολλά κουνούπια.Και μια κατσαρίδα περπατούσε στο δωμάτιο.
