The view is amazing.
Due to its location, it’s not suitable for a stroller. The stairs are exhausting. :)

The location was great - near the bus stops, supermarket, restaurants. We also enjoyed having morning coffee on the patio and watching the boats come and go. The apartment was spacious enough for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) and the AC worked well. We appreciated having the washing machine available. Great value for the area as well. Highly recommend!
The elevator was not working for the 2nd half of our stay (which we know is not possible to predict by the host), but meant climbing 6 flights of stairs. Just something to consider if stairs are challenging for you.

The apartment has an incredible view, and a parking lot which ia very important for that crowded area.
The apartment had all the utilities, but it wasn't very comfortable, and it was quite old. The property has looked different from the photos, (photos were too edited). There was no photo with the old building and lot of stairs for tourists with baggages. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the apartment.
