Villa Lia

La localisation est parfaite : à mi distance entre le port de Gruz et la Vieille Ville, tous deux accessibles à pieds. L'appartement est propre, bien agencé et équipé, et reste frais. La terrasse est agréable. Et la propriétaire est accueillante et de bon conseil. Nous y sommes restés une semaine et y avons apprécié notre séjour.

L’appartement est bien situé, il permet de rejoindre le centre de Dubrovnik en 20 mn à peine, et le quartier Grüz également. La terrasse est très agréable et le logement bien équipé.

The location is close to super markets. It takes a 10mins walk to Bellevue Beach. The outddoor garden has a lovely seating area.

The apartment was overall clean, if you look into details you may find some missed places where it wasn't cleaned. The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. The ground floor apartment we stayed in is very small. We managed since my kids are still small but it will be super tight for 4 adults. The bathroom is super super small. It's tight for a person as well. We kept a super market bag, with some groceries that we bought on the way to the appartment, on the kitchen table and went for a walk. When we came back there were so many ants and had to deal with that. So for 2 days we made sure we don't eat in the house but in the garden. Since the house is small I was worried the ants would spread everywhere and into our bags. But please keep in mind that this is a ground floor with a garden, so such things can be expected. Compared to other appartments in Croatia, the house didn't feel very warm. And as some other comments mentioned, the host should work on making the house feel more welcoming.
