Decent place for the money. Do not count on the parking space near the property

The place was spacious (for 3 people).

-Parking was super uncomfortable. There was not a single free parking space on the street near the property (we arrived around 8pm), so we had to walk with our huge luggage 400-450m in super narrow street and then drag our luggage up several stairs. -we were missing blankets and a pillow but the owner resolved that problem swiftly -the floor hasn’t been cleaned after the previous guests as we found several potato chips on it.

We had an awesome visit to Dubrovnik- being so close to everything was definitely a plus.

It was well maintained and clean. It was also in walking distance to the old town. Our host Ivana was exceptional, she went above and beyond in all respects.

Staying here made Dubrovnik an enjoyable stay, we were very pleased!

Amazing location close to beaches and the old town. The host was very friendly and upgraded us to a larger room since the other guests cancelled.

Minor however it would’ve be nice to have a few spices with the kitchen which was well kitted.

The good location, it was clean and good maintained. For a one night stay we have nothing to complain about.

The parking is just street parking and you might have to search for a while for a place. Not really a negative for us but just for your information there are many stairs to reach the accommodation and you might need to carry your luggage for a while.

Total scam!

It was advertised as having free parking, but the property is not even accesible by car and we were invited to find a public spot on a different and very crowded street. We have a big pick-up truck, travel for several weeks and have everything in it, that is why I only book accomodations with parking. So we just left, they took our money and nobody is taking responsability for this scam.

Great value and location :)

Great location. It is a bit hidden on a side street but it is very near the main thoroughfares of the city. The Old City is a nice leisurly walk or a short uber ride away. The price was also good given the other options in Dubrovnik. In this area you feel insulated from the tourists but still close enough to the Old City. Uber rides are very reasonable and the host is very helpful and friendly! Having breakfast served is a nice touch as well.

If you plan to travel with a big trolley luggage, this might not be the best place for u.

Ivana was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us recommendations of things to do in the city. The room was not very big, but still spacious for a short stay. There was air-condition, the bed was very comfy, and the bathroom quite broad. Breakfast was very nice.

Family ran business, staff was very sweet and helpful. Facilities were great, not many options for breakfast but it was home made and everyday it was different. Place is small but very nice and clean. Great place in general multiple beaches, old town is easy to reach by foot. Highly recommend!

Very good

We had a hard time finding the apartment. Finally, we inquired at a nearby restaurant (Vita Bella - good place to eat), where they phoned the owner who then came to get us. It was a bit of a climb to get to the apartment (67 steps). The owners apartment was connected with ours, through which breakfast was brought in, and out to the patio. The patio was shared with two other apartments, and was nicely shaded in the morning. Breakfast was very good, consisting of omelet, ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, toast, coffee and, if wanted, cheese cake. The room was basic, with mini fridge and a pot to boil water for tea. No view or TV. The owner and his family were very friendly and eager to please. It is a half hour walk to old town, and a bus run (we used number 6) isn't far away.

Good location, 20' away from the city center

No privacy. There were two doors in the room. The one wasn't even a real door, but a balcony door and the other one was connected with their house and they were using it as a way to go outside. So they were actually passing through our room. The balcony door had a broken lock so we slept with an unlocked door, as they didn't fix it. Lack of professionalism.

The breakfast was served in our room. Good and enough for us. Good location between the old town and the main bus station which is close to the ferry port. Restaurant in the neighborhood. The hostess helped us with tour bookings and even served us with picnic packages.

Close to old town and good value for money

Ivana was very welcoming and provided a delicious home-cooked breakfast each morning on the terrace (including gluten free options). She also helped us with our luggage, helped us find a free parking spot, offered us a welcome drink upon our arrival, and arranged a boat tour to the islands for us. The room was comfortable and conveniently located 15 minutes walking distance from the old town. Very good value for the money.

There were a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, so if you have trouble with stairs or lots of luggage, this would be something to consider. GPS directions not completely accurate but Ivana sent us detailed instructions on how to get there.

Good place to stay in Dubrovnik with kids for several nights!

Breakfast was great and homemade. The apartment was large enough. The host is nice and Polish\English speaking! The location is great! In the middle of the city close to all the see sights.

It's difficult but possible to find a parking place overnight on the street. There is narrow stairs leading to the apartments from the street.

Great family apartment near splitski put for a gorgeous walk to old town.

Breakfast with homemade bread and jam was amazing! The hosts were so kind and lovely.

I believe it says a/c on the listing but didn’t appear to have any. We didn’t really need it there is a large fan but maybe need to update the listing.
