Firstly, a BIG thank you to Tomo, our host for the quick response and setup. Due to our original property had cancelled us without notice, we made the reservation after 1pm on the check-in day while enroute to Dubrovnik. Not only were we allowed to check-in an hour ahead of time, but was generously allowed to check-out later.
Instructions for for key collection and apartment location were clearly communicated over WhatsApp, along with images for easy reference. Welcome refreshments were included in the fridge, which was a very nice surprise.
I don't know about other places, but for the first time, i saw women's sanitary products and first aid kit (cotton swabs & tape) were readily available in the bathroom. Huge plus points!
The apartment and terrace is thoroughly clean and comfortable. The smart TV is huge and has many features available.
Also, be sure to switch on the bathroom lamps at the side of the mirror. There was even a bucket available for laundry use.
The bus stop to go to Dubrovnik Old Town is just 2-minutes away. Best of all, a lot of shops (at least 2 supermarkets) are a short walk away.
The weather in October was cool in the night, hence an open window sufficed for sleep and it was very safe.
About 50-60 steps up the main stairs, a little challenging when lugging a huge suitcase. But this is just a small, one-time matter.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, bien equipado y amplio, tiene parqueadero propio en el edificio. A 20 minutos del centro histórico caminando. El anfitrión responde rápidamente y fue muy amable.
Hay que bajar una escalera para acceder, importante tenerlo en cuenta en caso de ser un viajero con movilidad limitada.

De foto's op het internet waren serieus bewerkt. Op de foto's leek alles nieuw en was alles mooi aangekleed. In werkelijkheid was het behoorlijk klein. Ook werkt het afwasmachine niet. Douche lekte en was heel klein.
