I liked the location, the spacious and comfortable room, and the large, soft bed. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water during the first few days because the boiler wasn’t working. It was only repaired on the fourth day

De locatie was top; dichtbij een grote supermarkt en busstation. Ook de faciliteiten waren goed in orde; handdoeken, keukentje met kookmogelijkheden, waterkoker, zeep ed. Kamer was ook ruim met een riant bed. Studio zag er heel netjes en schoon uit.

Het bed vonden wij niet comfortabel. Ook was in het de kamer heel erg warm. De thermostaat gaf 22,5 graden aan maar dit was in ieder geval niet de gevoelstemperatuur. Ook voelde ik geen wind uit de airco ondanks hoge fanspeed en lager ingestelde temperatuur. Nu was het tijdens ons verblijf ook erg warm in de stad, dus zal zal niet geholpen hebben. Buiten koelt het bijna niet af dus een raam open heeft weinig zin. Bovendien was het gelegen aan een drukke weg wat niet uitnodigt om een raam open te zetten. De weg hoor je overigens niet als het raam dicht is.

Clean, facilities were fine

Check in process was a nightmare for me- had to fill in multiple forms and some did not configure to my phone settings so they would not give entry details until that 100 euro damage prevention payment was paid. Asked for two beds- only got a double, had to split myself which left one sheet short. If wanted another sheet you had to pay. The bed is the most uncomfortable I’ve slept in. It dips and makes a really loud creaking noise every time with the slightest movement. Upon reading further former reviews this has been a problem for a while yet nothing has been done about it. The shower doesn’t drain away so you have to have a really quick shower in ankle deep soapy water. Everything about it and what they offer is a money grabbing opportunity. First impressions of the place Is unappealing as location is average with neighbours trash piled up along the passage. Not good value for money. Have stayed in hundreds of similar accommodation through this platform and this was a really frustrating and disappointing experience and happened to be the most expensive.
