Do not recommend!!

The view, the free parking and the size of the room everything else was very very disappointing!

Worst experience of our trip across whole Croatia, 8 apartments changed, nothing like this! False pictures and advertising! First we got 16mails to confirm our arrival time, and when we arrived there was no one to greet us, and we got no instructions how to get in. I circled and knocked around the whole property to find someone, luckily the cleaning lady was there and told me to find the owner on the ground floor, where no one answered the door, but later we saw them from the balcony coming out from the same room I knocked on. The floor was very dirty, the chairs on the therase were torn, the TV was from another century, and the pool was completely empty. We wrote mail to ask recommendations for the city parking etc and got an reply 4 days after we left the property. Customer service, 0! Also it is very far from the city, 1.30h to walk, no transportation option besides your own car, and be careful with the parking in the centre, we used parking zone 2 and zone 3 they are affordable but you have 20min walk to the old town.

Amazing view of Dubrovnik

The view from the apartment was amazing! And we were able to check in early, which was really helpful.

We couldn't use the pool as it wasn't filled, this was really disappointing.

Good value for money and convenient location.

The room was clean, very good value for money. Everything worked well. Extra thanks for the possibility to very late night check-in. The option for free parking was highly appreciated as we rented a car for a few days. The closest bus stop is a 15-20-minute walk away and the bus service is very handy and only costs a few euro. You can even pay by card. A taxi (Uber or Bolt) is only around 10 euros to city centre, just over 10 € to old town. We enjoyed the peace and beautiful view towards the harbour and city centre. In the summer the pool and beach chairs are certainly something very nice. We had the opportunity to enjoy some sunny moments on the nice patio with sunshine throughout the day. Big plus for the air conditioning, which also functions as a heater for cooler days. I strongly recommend this place.

There was no satellite TV and no hairdryer contrary to the description. These were however very minor flaws and did not effect our comfort in any way.

It was perfekt for us. We were driving through Dubrovnik and needed a place to stay for one night. The place was very nice, quiet and clean. The owner was so respectful and friendly. I will definitely book again if I need it. The place is good for the money.

Bad

The view

This place is well below standard. There is gapes in the doors that let both the rain in and the midgies. The tv would not work as.it was not even connected to an antenna. The shower had no place to hang the hand held shower 🚿. The shower screen had holes in it and water went through to the toilet and made everything wet. The kitchenette was a joke, only 1 plate worked out of two. Very old and dirty kitchenware. Had to wash everything before use. The PowerPoints had live worse literally hanging out of the sockets. The bedding had a thin 2mm cover on it and a bottom sheet. With the caps in the door it was a cold.sleep. We was booked to stay 3 nights but after the first night we had to leave. We had our son and fiancee in the room next door and thier place was identical to ours. We spoke to the day manager the next day and told.him about everything we had concerns with and asked him for a refund for the days we would not be in the apartment for. He agreed and we have this on video. Only to discover that the Main manger refused any compensation st all. Highly disappointed in this as each room was £429. It has a rating of 3 stars.. when it should be half a star.

Bad

As a family we travel all around the globe for the work we do. So we have stayed in many forms of accomodation.... And we know what 3 stars should look like.... We wanted to see the coast of Croatia. So we booked two apartments for four days at this place. Sadly the place we chose was not satisfactory, especially considering what we paid for it... When people advertise on the internet you hope they are showing you things accurately and not falsifying what they are selling... In this case it was grossly falsified..... We missed the first night due to plane delays only to travel over 7 hours in a rental car to reach the accomodation...the place smelled of mould and dampness.. The door had a large crack on the bottom so the cold air just streamed in.. There was no hot water, the TV was a set that came out of the 1980s, that did not work, the beds had one thin cover, the heating wasn't working, the shower had no where to hang the shower head, but there was no hot water anyway so it didn't matter. The few cooking utensils were filthy and required washing. The tiny stove and cooking facilities were a joke... There were exposed wires in the rooms. And the fancy pool that was meant to be there, was green with algae and had hardly any water....our daughter in law refused to stay in the place and opted to sleep in the rental car... We stayed one night but left first thing the next day and found a proper form of accommodation further down the road all at our own expense which was very frustrating... We spoke to one of the employees and told him of our concern and why we were leaving. He said he understood and the owner should give a refund.... So we have asked for refund or at least the last two days after we walked out.. They came back and said they won't give a refund

mentionned washing machine on description. only offered cleaning service Host got our clothes at 4:00pm and did not wash them that same night. he decided to go out. the host has some jet sky errand boys do the check inns for him and they are all busy at the pier with the jet sky rental to help us out. rented for 3 people and only had two towels in the room when we got there. the shower head holder was broken

Poor accommodation and not value for money

The view was good.

The apartment is in need of a serious upgrade. Lovely balcony with no parasol, pool with no sun loungers or seats of any kind. Old TV. Very poor bed with big bump in the middle. Very noisy at night with loud music playing. No place to put your kettle. The apartment is tired and old looking with frayed cupboards and poor decor.

Stuck in the middle of nowhere

The one thing I will say is that the views were spectacular but thats all the good that can be said

I'm not sure how to start this part of the review. The property was impossible to find by the first two taxis and attempts to contact the host was impossible by Whats app and it took 4 phone calls to get to them on a line that I could not hear them due to others shouting in the call centre. I finally found the property and was pretty much left to my own devices. The place is on the coast road below the bridge but there are no restuarants or convience shops any where around, you have to go into Dubrovnik. I spent a fortune on Uber. The supplies in the apartment were few with only one wine glass and a cooking knife that couldn't cut butter. there were minamal cutlery and plates, all very old. No coffee machine and when I told hosts they said that they have tried to tell Booking.com this many times, so just a kettle. The swimming pool is really only a plunge pool with no beds to lie on. The property was very dated and needs much work on it. I ah booked for 12 days but left afer 7.

I would like to get half of the money back because of the sheets and the pool!

The room was big enough. It was a peaceful place.

The pool didn't work!!! We didn't have normal sheets in bed!!! It was just the daily cover. I phoned to the number given in booking but nobody called me back and didn't solve that. There wasn't any sun chairs on the terrace. Just empty place. The room wasn't very clean. Somewhere there had to be gym inside but how to find that?? We didn't meet our host.

Amazing hosts

The host Maro was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. After we were originally placed in the wrong room we were given a free boat trip to the blue cave and multiple taxi rides. Maro and his staff were incredibly helpful as well as polite. I would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was on a main road a long way from any shops or restaurants. The bathroom was shabby and the shower broken . The “ beach “ opposite was a strip of concrete with a few rotten sun beds

Nous ne sommes pas restés dormir dans cet endroit qui ne correspondait en rien à nos attentes : - logement très vieillissant, - 2ème lit simple = lit d'appoint pliable cassé (manque de lattes) - absence d'alèse dans les lits : un simple drap housse rouge troué largement commenté par les locataires précédents. - absence de drap pour l'ensemble des lits : à disposition des couvres-lit, même les taies d'oreillers étaient dans la même matière que les couvres-lit. Comment est-ce possible de garantir un lavage entre les différents locataires séjournant 1 nuit avec ces équipements ? - matelas non protégé dans un état douteux. - aucun commerce ou restaurant à proximité. - accès à la place de parking compliqué : rampe avec une pente très importante et placé coincée derrière un arbre. Conducteur du dimanche s'abstenir. Enfin, annonce mensongère : piscine vide et inexploitée depuis plus de 2 ans à la lecture des commentaires précédents. Remise des clefs par un homme pressé et fuyant.

Booking deve assolutamente verificare questo tipo di struttura! Non funziona nulla nel appartamento, è molto difficile da trovare, e poi devi sempre telefonare al Broker, che ti fa spendere un sacco di soldi, e poi alla fine è una schifezza, che non merita i 124 euro pagati!

Beaucoup de choses à dire : - Les restaurants étaient notifiés à 1,5km, mais les 1,5km sont plutôt à la nage et les taxis sont très difficiles à trouver. Il n’y a même pas de supermarché à proximité… - Nous nous sommes demandés si le ménage avait été fais avant notre arrivée. - La piscine était vide, ce qui reflète une légère publicité mensongère étant donné que d’après les avis elle est vide depuis au moins 2 ans. - Pas de draps. - Les équipements sont douteux (notamment au niveau du système électrique). - Accueil et sécurité inexistante, un monsieur sortis de nul part nous a montré le logement où les clefs était déjà sur la porte…

A fuir absolument ! Les photos ne reflètent en rien la réalité.... la piscine ne fonctionne pas comme indiqué dans les commentaires depuis 2024 ce n'est donc pas inhabituel comme indiqué à notre accueil... accueil fait par un jeune homme qui tient les jetski en contre bas et qui ne connaissait pas les lieux ... il a été charmant mais très mal à l'aise compte tenu de l'état du logement ! Lit d'appoint cassé... porte de douche qui ne fonctionne pas tout comme les plaques électriques qui sont le seul moyen de cuisiner... juste une bouilloire pour de l'eau chaude ce qui limite les repas ! Les draps housses sont troués et il y avait un couvre lit pour nous couvrir (sûrement non lavés entre les clients).. pas de draps... les odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain et enfin la terrasse annoncée n'était qu'un minuscule balcon sans table ni chaise !

ARNAQUE ! PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN

Par où commencer... Malgré avoir demandé préalablement si la piscine fonctionnait ou non, le propriétaire a préféré nous mentir pour éviter l'annulation de la réservation, nous sommes donc arrivés avec une piscine vide. En plus de ca nous arrivons dans le logement le drap housse est troué et aucun drap n'est disponible. Seul un couvre lit est fournit pour la nuit. Pour lequel étant donne l'état global de l'appartement nous n'avons aucune certitude sur la dernière date de lavage. Pour terminer cet état des lieux des fourmis rouges nous accompagnent pour notre séjour chez Lozica, et la vaisselle nécessite d'être lavée. Visiblement le propriétaire est au courant de l'état déplorable de son bien mais s'en fiche, préférant facturer le prix fort aux touristes qui deviennent sa vache à lait, c'est tellement commode de se gaver sans avoir à se justifier de son propre avarisme. Face à ce manque de professionnalisme nous attendons toujours une réponse satisfaisante de la part de booking, c'est en effet le propriétaire qui choisi à son bon vouloir d'indemniser ou non les voyageurs. Quand on est l'arnaqueur on n'indemnise pas derrière. Bref ! Logement à éviter c'est une arnaque.

PEOR IMPOSIBLE

Nada porque lo que todo el mundo dice que lo unico bueno son las vistas nosotros al llegar la noche ni lo apreciamos.

Todo, no sé por donde empezar, una noche del terror es mejor que esto, lo primero somos 5 una familia con 3 niñas además ya grandes, pues nos pusieron una cama de matrimonio, una pequeña y una supletoria. Hemos tenido que dormir como hemos podido y por supuesto fatal. La supletoria rota y con dos colchones de las amacas de piscina, las sábanas rotas y por lo que veo ya lo habían puesto personas es decir no se molestan en comprar nuevas, la colcha.. un asquito todo. Muy sucio, los muebles más antiguos imposible. La comunicación nula, te mandan un enlace para hacer Chek-in días antes y no hay manera, tú les escribes y te mandan el mismo mensaje. El día de la llegada recibo un WhatsApp con un vídeo , le escribo “hola buenas tardes.. hora de llegada etc” pues nunca hubo contestación. Si queréis poner a prueba vuestra microbiota pues es para lo único que os recomendaría ir. Nunca había puesto una reseña negativa pero esta es que peor no había podido ser. Por supuesto, ni lo más básico, ni gel de baño, ni nada, 4 toallas siendo 5 y habiendo pagado por ello. En fin FATAL.
