Spacious and convenient location.

The apartment was close to sunset beach (5 min walk) although on many stairs and had loads of space for our family of four. Very nice host.

A few things should be highlighted, There is no beach front view from this apartment as written in description. There are 150+ stairs, which is not mentioned anywhere. The furniture in the apartment is too old, no locks or stoppers in the doors

Amazing Balcony Views

Pavo, the owner very helpful & knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Providing lots of assistance & advice. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Apartment excellent location. Close to Lapad Beach (Sunshine Beach) and promenade. Bedrooms very large & comfortable.

Apartment on a hill, many steps to climb from the beach or you can take alternative routes. Bathroom a little small.

Great location Pavo is a great host

Pavo is very welcoming and share his passion for Dubrovnik and his knowledge of the area is fantastic. He gave us great tips for sightseeing as well as a bit of history about himself and Dubrovnik which was great The apartment has a great view of Lapad Bay and is very close to many amenities but prepare yourself for steps as it sits on top of the hill and the way down can be challenging especially on a hit summer midday on a hot day. Other than that 5 stars throughout. Thanks Pavo we had a fantastic stay.

The location in Lapad, the home itself was in a quiet neighborhood with magnificent views over the city and the surrounding area. Easy access to beaches and the city highlights.

Nice stay but could be nicer.

The rooms were big. Dubrovnik was beautiful the water was fantastic.

It did not feel clean. The kitchen smelled like fish, the bathroom smelled of urine and the freezer had lots of frost. It would be good if there was another AC unit near the bedrooms.

not many sockets and the sockets that were there didn’t work or lit things on fire. there were 5 of us for 3 nights and we got 1 roll of toilet paper. air conditioning in one room that was blocked off from rest of house and only one tan for all three rooms. Very far from the city

Logement en lui même très bien mais des paramètres géographique a prendre en compte.

La gentillesse de l'hôte qui était de bons conseils. Le parking disponible, le cadre autour de nous qui était superbe, un joli petit appartement, 2 ados, 2 adultes on ne se marche pas du tout dessus, les terrasses disponibles(3), la machine à laver et les fils à linge bien longs.

Pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou aux personnes qui ont des difficultés à monter les marches (+ou- 250) pour aller dans les rues principales. Rien grand chose autour, il faut soit prendre le bus, soit un Uber. Pour 4 le Uber n'est pas plus cher que le bus. Les containers poubelles se trouvent tout en bas des escaliers. Pour des personnes en bonne santé c'est ok mais il faut tenir compte de l'accessibilité du logement surtout si vous avez bcp de valises!

Ideale locatie om naar het strand te gaan, of de bus te pakken naar de "old town". Ook lekker dichtbij een supermarkt en een straat met restaurants en winkeltjes. Pavo zelf is een vriendelijke man met allerlei tips om je bezoek aan Dubrovnik nog leuker en betaalbaarder te maken.

Wel wat steile trappen beklimmen, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Het keukengerei was ietwat gelimiteerd, maar we konden ons redden.
