Location

Check-in: The staff sent multiple messages asking me to update my check-in time via a link, as they do not offer 24/7 service. I completed this process. However, when I arrived around 10 PM, the property was dark with no signage. A note on the door simply stated that the keys were on the table. For this type of self-check-in, a clear checkin instruction message sent via Booking.com would have been much more efficient and less confusing. Hot Water: The hot water supply was very limited and unstable. I had to rush my showers to finish before the hot water ran out. Cleanliness: The unit was not thoroughly cleaned, as I found dirty cups and an unclean sink. Facilities: The provided quilt was too light and insufficient for keeping warm, especially during the rainy Dubrovnik weather. Check-out: Most disturbingly, the cleaner attempted to enter my room at 9:20 AM WITHOUT KNOCKING. After I called out that I was still inside, she then knocked and insisted I check out before 10 AM. This was unprofessional and a violation of my privacy. While the cleaner did later assist with my luggage for a few stairs (which I appreciate, though it seemed motivated by a desire for me to leave quickly), it did not excuse the earlier intrusion. Stairs: Importantly, the room is on the third floor with no elevator, a fact that was not advertised. Had I been aware of this, I would not have booked the room due to my heavy luggage.

Not much kitchen equipment but that wasn't a big issue for us. Did have pots and pans just not a lot of bowls and plates but since it's a room for a couple that should be fine for most.

Perfect location for a visit to Dubrovnik.

Lovely attic apartment with everything we needed right down to pegs for the drying rack! Lusy was an amazing host, providing us with lots of information and advice. Really convenient location to access the old city by bus, the port and a local beach.

A great comfortable place to stay to have a relaxed holiday!

Well-located, 5-7 minutes and you’re by the sea. Very clean apartment with all kitchen equipment and extra blankets/bedding present. Beautiful sitting area outside the apartment, great when you want to spend some time outside without leaving the apartment area. Hostess was extremely welcoming and nice always eager to help!

It would be great to have a bigger full size mirror so then it’s easier when there’s a group of people getting ready to go out at once. Since there’s no ventilation in the bathroom an air freshener would be really helpful there😌

The property was very comfortable and clean, with shops and the bus stop nearby, and Sunset beach just a 8 minute walk away. Luci who was the owner was very nice and accommodating for our later than expected arrival (plane delays) and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

Great location at Lapad . Minutes from beach and easy to get into the city by bus or taxi . Lovely big rooms , clean and good facilities . Lusy very helpful throughout stay . We stayed in 3 rooms and all was good . Good communication during stay . Lusy helped us book boat trips . Lapad location has restaurants close by .

Short stay in Dubrovnik

The apartment is just what we needed with a nice sized bed and bathroom. The kitchen was super as we could store water bottles in the fridge for our trips as well as snacks. The apartment is located in a very nice area, short walk to the beach and there are many restaurants nearby. There is a bus that takes you to old Town very quickly.

Nice apartment in a great location for transport and beach. No views as in loft.

Lusy was lovely and generous with her time. She makes a great host. It is a great location for food shopping, local cafes, the beach and also bus into the Old City.

I did not like the constant emails from BookerDirect or whoever the company was sending these? I think I got two a day for about a week, totally unnecessary. There were directions sent through a link which were fabulous to initally find the street, just some more instructions would have been helpful. It is a narrow lane with no turning. The property is right at the end tucked around a corner, so initally we did not find 2A. Then once we found the property and expected someone to 'meet' us there, it was confusing. I expected someone to have come to the site to let us in. The host lives downstairs but there was no way of knowing this is where we needed to go to.

Location was perfect, only a short walk to bars and restaurants and within reasonable walking distance of the Old Town. The room was great and very clean. Host was lovely and gave us recommendations for food and drink and things to do.

Great place for exploring Dubrovnik

This was a great holiday apartment, and my family loved it. It was clean, everything worked well, and it was quieter than expected. The location is very handy for getting to the Old Town and the beach, and you'll find a big supermarket and great bakery nearby, as well as lots of cafes and restaurants. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating, with great communication throughout. Excellent value and would recommend!

Not an issue for us but perhaps for others, apartment is on 2th floor only reachable by stairs. Roof of the apartment is sloped which ment I had to duck a lot (I’m 1.96m)

Great location for me as I was meeting other people staying at a nearby hotel. Easy transit - or walk - to the Old City and a very nice selection of restaurants in the neighborhood.

Probably time for a new mattress... Also, several times was slapped in the face by shrubbery branches while climbing the exterior stairs. Easy fix...

Great location and comfortable room

It's not a hotel so there's no reception! It was very stressful trying to find a way to contact the host (who met me outside) when I had freshly arrived and didn't have a SIM card. Just keep this in mind if you're in the same position

The apartment was comfortable, in a nice position, well equipped. We appreciated the possibility of parking at the house which Is crucial in Dubrovnik.

It was a pleasent stay. AC was working properly, the kitchen was well equipped, host was very kind.

Apartment was clean, quite big, kitchen and toilet were ok. bedsheets clean, towels were provided, there was a washing mashine, AC, all that was needed.

The room was on the second floor, in the attic. dark, with small windows, . There was no balkony. The terrace was on the ground floor, so to have a morning coffe on a terrace I had to travel with the cup downstairs. In general it was ok, but if there was a prooper description of the apartment on booking I would have chosen a different one, for sure bright one, with regular windows, and with own balkony/terrace

The host was super friendly. Gave us great tips on the area. Even picked us up from down the street when we couldn't find it right away. Ac worked fantastic big fridge and freezer was also a plus for hot summer days. Beach in walking distance. Bus to old town 1 min walk all together would definitely recommend
