We loved the stay in Dubrovnik.

Parking availability very important in an overcrowded city and proximity of: bus stop to go to the old town (number 6), of port from which boats depart and supermarket.

The general upkeep of the space could use some attention. For example, the towels provided were quite old and mismatched, and the bathroom door was swollen from humidity.

Good location for beaches

The appartement is located near several beaches (700m to 1km) There are food stores, restaurants, bars in walking distance. The old city is 3,5km far, but local buses can be taken, bus stop is very near. There are air conditioners in both rooms, and a proper size of TV. The owner is extremely responsive. There is dedicated parking spot for the appartement in a safe place. There are plenty of space for cloths. We liked the balcony, but unfortunately there were only 2 chairs.

The appartement itself is in good condition, but it is absolutely not maintained. Coffee machine, bed side lamps were broken. Some of the batteries were off (clock, remote - it was provided the next day). We did not have the right number of sheets (it was provided the next day). The washing machine is very old and no instructions. There is no selective bins. Wifi code is not placed anywhere (however it was sent immediately). This appartement is not suitable for a family of 5, even uncomfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids, as 2 people have to sleep in sofa beds in the living room.

Great location, lovely balcony

It is very spacious with a lovely balcony and a great location. Free parking is available. The bed is comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including kitchenware, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

There was a slight tobacco smell inside. Apart from that, everything was good.

Superb

We rented both units and both were great. House is close to Lapad beach and it is easy to visit old town with a bus. Also, it is close to supermarkets, great restaurants, and wonderful trails around Babin Kuk. I did not realize that the airport was 30 min outside the city till the day of flight, and the host arranged a minivan that picked us from airport around midnight.

AC was right above the couch that we used as 5th bed for kids. Hence, we needed to limit the AC use and it was a bit hot at night.

We loved the location of the property. As a family of four there was easy access to town and beaches. There was lovely outside space to relax.

The hot water didn’t seem to last too long. As there was four of us, we had to wait a little in between showers so we could all get hot water

Awesome stay, would definitely come back if visiting Dubrovnik again.

Perfect location in Lapad, cheap and frequent bus servie to the Old Town. Right next to an excellent restaurant that served breakfasts, and a Pemo market for all kitchen needs. Very roomy aparment, we were onlt two people but this is perfect for a family of four. Very nice outdoor area with a sitting group and 2 additional reclining garden chairs. Very short walk to the bus or the walking street that leads to the beach. Beach is a short 10 minutes away. Many restaurants, bars and shops along this walk.

Can't think of anything, this was really a perfect location.

What a fantastic place to stay!

99.99% of everything about the apartment. Balcony is wonderful. The layout and the amenities are well thought out and the shower was the best shower...ever!

If I had to come up with something not to like about this apartment it would be the lack of a single large sheet and cover for the bed rather than having two single-bed sized covers. Other than that, this place is close to perfect.

Great flat!

Apartment very spacious, clean, close to bus station , 10 min to old town by bus, close to supermarket and nearby beach.

No cleaning products, not even a broom and when I asked for one I was told to use the vacum cleaner for daily cleaning. Private parking is outside in the street.

Fantastic apartment with a mini garden

Location, all infrastructure is around (stores, bus, beach, etc.) and you can still walk to the old town if you want to (cca 40-45 min). Apartment is wonderful, well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The bed was a bit too soft and we found a dirty oven tray. Some of the lights were missing it's caps (i.e. living room, bathroom). Also with such a fantastic garden it would be great to have a sunbed.

Fabulous

Close to one beach (Sunset Beach, about a 10 minute walk along the pedestrian street full of restaurants and cafes) a little further to the second (Copacabana beach, 30 minutes walk). A place with a large terrace, which was fun for children. A bit dark (ground floor and a lot of trees), and from the terrace you can hear the street.

Zental gelegen, Parkplatz und schöne Terrasse

Parkplatz, Lage der Wohnung (zentral, Strasse rauf beim Kreisel links im Tabaccokiosk kann man Bustickets kaufen. Vis a vie Bus nr. 6 fährt ins Old-City). Schöne Terrasse mit Bäumen, Frühstückslieferung (Mal was Neues…). Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, nur Schlaf- und Badezimmer mit Terrasse benützt. Für uns war es ideal, würden wir wieder buchen

Etwas viele Mails/WhatsApp über das Büro vom Vermittler. Da unser Englisch auch nicht das Beste ist; genau lesen und nach dem buchen die nötigen Ausweise oder das Formular ausfüllen. Bei uns hat alles tipp topp geklappt.
