The location of the property is perfect. It is walking distance to the beach and close enough to the Old City. We payed ~£6 for uber to get to the old city.

There was no window in the property which meant we had to turn on AC which I am not fan of. We visited as a family with our 3 year old so no window was little difficult.

Super location and hosts!

Jasmina and Goran were welcoming and helpful. The apartment is modern and quite nice. They reserved us a parking spot. The location in Lapad is great because is near (1min) the main street (restaurants & bars) as well as the beaches (5min). We’d gladly come back.

The only downside is that the apartment has no windows. You only get natural light through the main door (glass).

Perfect location and nice appartment

1. Perfect location. Close to promenade with lots of restaurants, 5 min to the beach, supermarket, DM, pizzeria in the same building. Also bus stop is just 2 minutes away (number 6 to the center). 2. Apartment is clean and comfortable, nice and cozy. We felt like home and slept well here. 3. Air-conditioning is working good. 4. You have everything you need, including iron, toster. But there is no washing machine and dishwasher just for info. 5. The owners Jasmina and Goran are super nice and friendly. Smooth communication, check in process and self check out. We truly enjoyed our 1 week stay in Dubrovnik and this appartment ❤️

Wi-fi was not stable sometimes, but we had mobile internet, so no issue for us.

We love the Lavender

The place is awesome, is a apartment very well equiped, and really comfortable. Is near the beach which is a aweaome place. The old town is 10 mins by bus and I fully recommend to stay in this area where the flat is, full of Restaurant, bars and the awesome beach. The host are really nice and really helpful, i totally recommend stay here

The flat is in the second floor of a commercial center, so it may be difficult to find it. I recommend to stay in touch with the hosts to coordinate the check in.

Lovely place

Great host! The appartement is really lovely and very clean. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. We really liked the promenade and beach that is Just 5 minutes away. Also the bus station is very near if you want to go to the old town.

Great attention from Jasmina and Goran, very clean, cozy and wide apartment. It is very close to the old town, the zone has a lot of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach is 5 min walking. Amazing, we will repeat for sure.

Superb

Owners are just amazing. They are so kind, so nice, caring, wonderful people. I wish to meet such people all the time. Location very near restaurants/party area which offers good quality food. We took Uber to city Centre which cost ca. 35 kuna. So it's most convenient way to get there. Anyway you can also take a bus which stops just by the building.

Unbelievable value for money, location, easy 5 min walk access to the beach full of attractions for adults and kids. Apartment very well equipped. One of best I’ve ever stayed at. Jasmina and Goran are super friendly and helpful, lovely people. I highly recommend the place and hope to be back soon!

Dubrownik zadbany i atrakcyjny. Piękna czysta woda.

Lokal czysty i wygodny. W bliskiej odległości od sklepów spożywczych i restauracji. Blisko plaża miejska i miejsca kąpielowe przy promenadzie na skałach. Właściciele bardzo pomocni przygotowali ofertę i krótkie wskazówki. Łatwy dojazd do lokalu boltem z lotniska. Wyprawa na Lokrum statkiem SUPER!!!! Radzę odwiedzić pozostałe plaże w mieście.
