Expected much better facilities for the price being paid in Lapad

The hosts are very sweet

We should have been offered better facilities for the price we paid. sharing a few improvement areas, 1. We were provided bed with 2 single mattresses even after informing the property well in advance that we we are a couple and traveling for our honeymoon. 2. There is a major problem with the door lock. locking and unlocking the door was crazy. 3. I got a shock from the clothes iron. Later it was replaced by the hosts. 4. Showering area in the bathroom is too small for an adult. One can barely shower properly without spilling water in the bathroom. 5. No provision of a basic shower gel for showering All in all, we stayed at much better properties in Croatia (Dubrovnik-Old town, Split and Hvar) all at a lower or equivalent pricing but much better facilities.

Very nice apartment. Bus to Dubrovnik old town just a stone’s throw away. The apartment was clean. The lady very friendly and gave us a lot of information about Dubrovnik.

The only downside was not having an airco in the bedroom, specially since the days we were there, temp rose to 35 degrees Celsius during the day. Perhaps a fan would have been nice. But with cooler temperatures, all is fine!

Spacious comfortable apartment - great bus service

This apartment worked well for me. The host family were lovely. There was plenty of space, a washing machine and outside drying lines. There was lots of hot water and effective Aircon if needed although good ventilation was cooling most of the time. The parking space has plenty of room. The number 4 bus line takes you in and out of the old city in about 10 minutes from across the road and runs until just after midnight. I ate twice at the little restaurant that is almost next door, more than pizzas, the chicken with a mushroom sauce was amazing! There is a supermarket reached downhill via the path beside the restaurant.

Not really a criticism but I am getting old, there are lots of steps down to the garden and up to the apartment. Other, probably younger guests mention the big park opposite and going down to the beach, I didn't visit either on foot , too many hills and I couldn't park at the seafront. However I felt comfortable indoors and would stay here again.

Superb

Excellent yard with tangarins nearby the beautiful beach and wonderful trail in national park! Duration of the route is like in phrase 'Easy peasy - lemon sqeezy'😆 It take about 15 minutes. The host is so nice person! Vlaho, thank you!

Accueil très décevant

Le logement est très bien placé l'arrêt de bus 4 juste en face vous amène dans la vieille ville en 10mn. Plage a proximité également

Le lit était en fait 2 lits en 90 cm rapprochés. La gestion de l'accueil la communication en général zéro pointé. Aucune réponse à mes messages sur Booking si ce n'est des messages automatiques générés par le gestionnaire de l'appartement. Du coup on se retrouve place à l'heure demandée sans savoir si on nous y attend. Sur place plusieurs logements par le même accès seul moyen téléphoner mais c'est un numéro fixe et il faut maîtriser l'anglais. On est accueilli par un standard automatique puis une personne enfin qui parle vite pas façade se faire comprendre. Si le.contact avait été un numéro de portable cela aurait permis de pouvoir traduire tranquillement les échanges. Idem pour les informations pour restituer les clés 48h après mon message Booking aucune réponse.

Апартаменты довольно уютные, есть все необходимое для пребывания. Очень маленькая душевая кабина, вернее просто поддон и занавеска. Хозяин приветливый.

Если для апартаментов не предназначен столик во дворе - больше расположится негде в саду. За парковку нужно уточнять!

Bien dans l’ensemble

Très bon emplacement et place de parking Très accueillant et très aimable Les tortues notre fille était fan

Malheureusement l’appartement n’était pas totalement clean, draps serviette et douche oui mais nous avons trouvé des masques usagés dans la table de nuit, des patchs de nicotine usagés dans le canapé.. ça casse un peu le charme. Un bon gros nettoyage et il sera vraiment super !
