Comfortable but noisy

Quite conveniently located. Everything you need is provided including air conditioner and washing machine.

Lots of switches, cables and power strips. Took a while to figure it all out. The apartment is right on the roadside and all through the night there are cars and noisy scooters passing by. Quite disturbing.

Fantastic experience.

Location was great, peaceful but close to everything, grocery store was 1 minute walk. The stay itself was awesome, comfortable and has everything you need, the hosts are very kind too. Hands down 10/10, had a great experience staying here.

The studio has a private entrance, but is totally banned to have a friend visit.

The location is perfect near the Lapad beach and forests and have a lot options restaurants and supermakets near. The place is very quite, is perfect to rest, sleep and to enjoy the beachs. It has wash machine that its helps a lot.

The check in is too late(4 pm), unfortunately I did not see this no-standard information during the reservation and I waited hours lost in the streets before to arrive.

Poor

The location is nice.

The owner treated us like children, barely any amenities were available (not even soap or cleaner to wash the dishes). We were told to buy our own. We stayed in 5 other apartments during our trip and not a single host had said anything remotely similar, as most basic tools and products should be provided by the host. Not here though. Told us that checkout is at 10 AM because everything needs to be "cleaned", but the sheets were obviously stained, the toaster still had leftover crust from previous guests and so on. The boiler was turned off so the owner could save a few cents, but we were not informed beforehand that it needs to be turned on and how it can be turned on. Which meant that there was no hot water for a period of time. The bathroom doesn't even close properly (it had a sliding door), for some reason, the walls do not reach the ceiling - there are massive gaps (at least 10cm between the wall and the ceiling) by the ceiling, which means that there is zero privacy in the bathroom. So overall while the location is nice and is fairly close to the city center (4~ km), there is zero chance I would ever consider going back here.

El apartamento es un garaje reformado. Nada más entrar olia muchísimo a humedad, el apartamento estaba sucio con telarañas en los cuadros y pelusas por el suelo y en las lamparas. La ducha estaba llena de moo. Al llegar a la noche al apartamento tanto las camas como la ropa que dejabas fuera se quedaban húmedas de toda la humedad que había en el alojamiento y ni hablar de si quieres que tus cosas de la playa se sequen. No tiene nada que ver a las fotos... la verdad que nos decepciono e hizo que nuestra estancia en Dubrovnik fuera desagradable.

Perfecto

Alojamiento increible. El apartamento tiene de todo y es muy comdo (aire acondicionado incluido). Una de las mejores cosas el parking privado gratuito en frente de la puerta, lo que en Dubrovnik se valora muchisimo. Mencion especial a la ambilidad de los dueños Vedran y su esposa, muy agradables y dispuestos a ayudar con todo. Gracias. Sin duda volveria.

El dueño del apartamento es una persona increíble. Si tienes algún problema, en 1min estará ahí para solucionarlo. La ubicación es buena cogiendo el bus hasta la old Town. Zona muy tranquila y silenciosa para descansar.
