A relatively economical base for exploring Dubrovnik.

The location is great. Walking distance to a beach, shop next door, and a bus to the old town right outside. Comfy beds too, and a well equipped kitchen with welcome bits and bobs like chocolates, water, milk and juice. Secure car parking space.

The entrance is a bit grim, but the apartment itself is good!

The location is next to busy street. It was noisy.

I requested for Shampoo and bath soap. Their answer is : "We don't provide " I thought Shampoo and Bath Soap are the basic, standard supplies in all the hotels.

Comfortable apartment with great location

Location was superb. 10 minutes away from cafes, bar and beach. Supermarket directly opposite and bus stop has direct short bus journey to the main Old Town. Apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Wifi was good too.

Pictures to find the building would have made it easier to find. Also shower head holder was broken so we had to manually hold it to shower (owner might not be aware of this though).

It was brilliant.

A tradition apartment with two bedrooms which had large very comfortable beds. It was right next to the bus stop into the Old Town and opposite a good supermarket.

Exceptional

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. Toilet and kitchen are new and equipped with everything necessary. We were welcomed by a chilled apartment with fruit and refreshing juice and water in fridge. Fani is an excellent host and very helpful. The location is excellent. 12 minutes on foot to the beach, and if you want to visit Old Town the bus stop no. 4 is right next to accomodation. We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Dubrovnik.

It was exactly what I expected. There're freshwater fruits and chocolates as a compliment! Parking place in front of the flat. Bus stop and shops to the place.

I had to leave the car in front the barrier, to take the keys and come back to open the barrier to go to the park place.

The most fabulous holiday in lovely Dubrovnik

The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Beds were very comfy. Lots of little touches like fresh fruit, milk, water and chocolates. Good location,close to bars, restaurants and shops. Bus stop right outside to the old town. Great host, friendly and helpful. Fantastic stay.

The private parking place is a big plus in Dubrovnik. The bus and shops are literally at the doorstep. We had a great time and highly recommend the apartment! 💕

Davvero una scelta ottimale, tutti i servizi presenti sia a casa sia nei dintorni

Posizione davvero ottima, fuori dalla zona centrale ma vicina al mare e con bus che portano in centro che passano proprio sotto casa. La proprietaria è sempre stata molto disponibile, anche prima del viaggio per dare informazioni in generale. La casa è provvista di tutto dalla lavanderia ( e sapone per i panni) ad elettrodomestici come microonde e lavastoviglie .

Proprietatea este situate la etajul 1 al unit bloc situat la bulevardul ce duce direct in Centrul vechi al orasului. Poți lua autobuzul nr 4 și in 5-10 min ești in Old Town. De asemenea vis-a-vis de bloc este un supermarket de unde va puteți aproviziona cu orice. Mașina de spălat, fier de călcat. Pt noi, 2 adulți și 2 copii, a fost locul perfect timp de 2 săptămâni de unde am plănuit toată distracția.

très bon séjour à recommander

Si nous n'avons pas eu de contact avec nos hôtes, ceux-ci nous avaient préparés de bons plats salés et sucrés (charcuterie, fromage, mezzé, diverses liqueurs et gateaux faits maison ). De même, ils répondent immédiatement lorsqu'on a besoin de renseignements. L'appartement n'est pas situé dans le centre ville mais juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus qui y mène en 10 minutes. Les bus circulent très régulièrement y compris le dimanche. L'appartement est très bien équipé et bien insonorisé. Il est spacieux et dispose d'un parking privé. Le quartier est calme et plusieurs magasins d'alimentation se trouvent à proximité (moins de 5 minutes à pieds).
