Ivan was very helpful and gave us useful local tips. The apartment locates in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, walking distance to nice restaurants and beach. We couldn’t imagine a better holiday apartment.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed. From the moment we arrived everything was great. Our host Ivan gave us lots of interesting tips and suggestions. The apartment is very spacious and modern, kitchen is fully equipped. Next time we will stay longer for sure!!

Beautiful!

Beautiful apartment on a perfect location. You can park your car in front of the house and Lapad Promenade is reachable within 10 minutes walk. The bus to go to Old Town is very close, few supermarkets as well. Ivan provide us with great local tips. Thank you so much!

Excellent place to explore Dubrovnik

Large apartment in an excellent and quiet location, with a shopping/restaurant street and a beach nearby. You can take a bus going to the city centre of Dubrovnik, which is not very expensive. The bed is large and the bedroom has its own tv (with Netflix) and air conditioning. The living room has a large and comfy couch and the outside sitting area has a lot of space as well. Bathroom was also large. Parking is free. Finally, Ivan is an amazing host who will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable.

The owner discovered a beehive in the backyard just before we arrived, so we couldn't really sit outside during our stay. The kitchen could do with a few more appliances (pots, pans, plates, coasters etc.).

Great location and place to stay when in Dubrovnik.

Location was great. Nice apartment to stay when you're in Dubrovnik. Close to the area Lapad and beach and just a 10 min drive by bus or 30min walk to the old center.

there were quite a lot of mosquitos outside, so couldn't really enjoy sitting outside.

Great apartment, good location, fabulous host.

Great host and always willing to help us out with recommendations, bookings etc. Apartment was perfect for a couple to relax in - lots of space and well equipped. It is a little off the beaten track (only a little) but overall good location for getting around on foot or by taxi/bus.

Très pratique et joliment décoré.

Situé en dehors de la vieille ville historique à Lapad, avec parking dans une cour privé. Le logement est calme, joli, très grand et bien équipé. Si vous prenez le Dubrovnik pass vous pouvez d'ailleurs prendre le bus gratuitement à 5 minutes de l'appartement pour vous rendre dans la vieille ville, c'est très pratique.

Heel comfortabel. Rustig gelegen ondanks het drukke verkeer overal in en rond Dubrovnik. Winkeltjes, restaurants vlakbij.

Het terras kon wat gezelliger. Er waren wel andere appartementen met een gezelliger terras.

Leuk verblijf op een goede ligging.

De locatie van het appartement was goed. Kort bij de zee en op een 40 minuten wandelafstand van het oude stadsgedeelte. Het lag ook kort bij winkels zodat het makkelijk was om hier direct iets uit te halen.

Schoon en mooi appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien op een prima locatie, parkeerplaats en op loopafstand van het strand, leuke restaurants en terrassen met prachtig uitzicht. De oude stad ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten met bus of taxi.

Het appartement heeft een sofa-bed in de woonkamer. Geschikt voor kinderen maar iets minder voor volwassenen (kinderen).

Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo przyjazny, polecił nam wycieczki i opowiedział o okolicy. Polecam serdecznie.
