Lovely property in a locals' residential area. Very close to beach, transport and facilities.

Perfect location. In a residential area way from the hustle and bustle of the old town, so nice and peaceful. Easy to get into there though, with the number 4 bus only 3 minutes walk away. Beach 5 minutes, and Tommy Hypermarket 7 minutes walk as well. The garden is nice and tranquil, with tortoises roaming around to keep you company. The apartment was really clean. And the owners were lovely - warm and welcoming.

Mattresses were uncomfortable and could do with replacing. No oven in the kitchen. I understand the space is tight, so maybe having an air fryer available for those of us self-catering.

The location, host and the garden with variety of pets. It’s lovely how host manages the garden and treats the pet animals like his family.

It is tough to give this feedback but the facilities inside the house are a bit sub-optimal.

I would not hesitate to return here for our next visit.

Good location, close to old city and 5-10 min walk to the beach strip where most restaurants and shops are located. Very clean property, the owner was very friendly and accomodating. There is also a fantastic view overlooking the town from the balcony. Lovely terrace in the garden where you can relax with a drink and soak up the sun. Just be cautious walking on the grass in the garden as there are some cute turtles roaming around.

The host was very welcoming. We were able to drop off all our luggage early in the morning. The hosts carried our luggage to our apartment up two flights of stairs for us.

Good location but lacking facilities

Good location not very far from the beach and 10 mins drive to old town.

Apartment stated that there was a microwave and washing machine however neither were available. TV was too small and apartment was a little cramped for family of 5. Also parking is difficult and off street so there are stairs to climb to the property so keep in mind however that is common for the Dubrovnik area

Nice, relaxing, safe and warm.

Very kind and helping host family, warm nice appartment, enough rooms for a 4 person family. Relaxing environment without noice, good to sleep. Beautiful garden, good scenery from the balcony and windows. Two very friendly dogs and many turtles. Fresh mandarines from the trees to pick up for guests.

We liked all. Many steps in surroundings could be a problem for somebody in worse condition - not for us, we took walking as a good sport training.

Boiling in Dubrovnik

The location was pretty good, entrance and garden picturesque, but other than that, we weren't happy with anything else.

Our first disappointment when we got there, is when we realized that we had to carry our bags a few steps (the street of the property is a steps-street), thus parking outside is impossible, and to the second floor of the property. With an injury in our company this is was harsh!! Also you should not that while it says parking is available, it is actually VERY HARD. All the streets around are extremely narrow. But this wasn't the biggest disappointment. The lack of air-condition was a huge problem. It was so hot the days we got there, and there was only one small air-condition in the common living room. Bedrooms are not air-conditioned so we had to sleep with all doors open. Still so hot, plus beeing couples it wasn't pleasant at all not being able to isolate for a while. At least we could have found some water in the fridge or coffee to make in the morning, but that didn't happen either... And a message towards all owners: travellers usually arrive at your property tired. Especially when you have steps, especially when it's hot... Have a bottle of cold water to welcome them at least. It will keep them happier!

Appartment was proper Clean,Owner is Great personality he help us to find everything in easy way . Easy access to the public transport just one mint walking distance. Same restaurant one mint walk, shop 2 mint walk, nearest and one of the best beach in Dubrovnik Sunset beach just 5 mint walking difference. Old town 30 mint by walk or by bus just few mints, bus come every 20 mint.

Nice stay

The apartment is big enough for 4 people, two double bedrooms, a small living room and a kitchen with a big bathroom and a balcony with the view on Dubrovnik’s bridge.

It’s a little bit old style and there are no enough electrical outlets, especially in the rooms. Difficult to find a parking spot. We parked in front of the supermarket and walked 5 mins. If you want to go to the city center you better take the bus, otherwise there’s the risk to lose the spot or to pay 10€ per hour to park in the city center, which is crazy.

Perfect apartment with even better hosts

Very, very kind and friendly owners. Two cute dogs, they don’t bark at all and are really friendly. The smaller dog even likes people so much, she got stuck in the fence trying to reach us.

An excellent private apartment run by a wonderful, friendly & kind family. Convenient location.

Like all the previous guests have mentioned, the hosts here are super nice people, very helpful and kind and even go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. In my case, since I arrived by bus with a lot of luggage, Zlatko offered to pick me up at the bus station, which made my arrival SOO much easier! He even was awaiting me holding a sign with my name on it! Soon after I settled into the apartment, he brought me up a huge bag of fresh mandarins from his garden. Everything was great here. Their property is a lovely walled garden with shady fruit trees and two wonderful dogs. Contacting them for anything was super easy since they live on the ground floor. My apartment was on the top floor with lots of windows, sunlight and great mountain views. It was also very quiet, which I appreciated. Everything was very clean, functioned well, etc. Great shower with excellent pressure and super-hot water. The hosts allowed me to wash my clothes in an empty apartment that has a washer, for no extra fee. The place is very close to a bus stop with a direct bus to old town, supermarkets, cafes. Also close to Lapad Beach, a hilly forest park with excellent hikes as well as several coastal hikes. I can't think of one negative thing about this great place with the wonderful hosts. Thank you!

Właściciel hotelu bardzo nie miły, zachowuje się jakby tam pracował za karę. Ręczniki były brudne co jest normalne po tym jak się wraca z morza i się idzie umyć, zrobił o to awanturę że są brudne. Cały pobyt patrzył na nas niemiło, czuliśmy się tam bardzo źle. Nie polecam hotelu za tą cenę można znaleźć wiele innych. Co do dobrych opini się przeliczyliśmy bo większość to nieprawda, w kuchni był grzyb i zaciek.

Udany pobyt.

Mieszkanie jest dokładnie jak na zdjęciach, czyste i dobrze wyposażone. W kuchni wszystko co potrzebne do zrobienia obiadu, klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu, dostępna jest duża ilość ręczników, na parterze w budynku dostępna jest też pralka. Mieszkaliśmy na 2 piętrze, mieliśmy balkon z ładnym widokiem. Gospodarze są bardzo mili i uśmiechnięci, chętni do rozmowy w języku angielskim. W ogrodzie mnóstwo ładnych roślin oraz żółwi:) Stół z krzesłami pod drzewem oliwnym. W pobliżu jest przystanek autobusowy, na plażę kilka minut spacerem, po drodze na plażę jest sklep oraz piekarnia. Okolica jest spokojna, polecam 20 min spacer na wzgórze do kościółka św. Błażeja. Widoki stamtąd są piękne a turystów praktycznie w ogóle.

Super pobyt, polecam!

Właściciele byli wspaniali, bardzo sympatyczni, uśmiechnięci, otwarci i pomocni. Obiekt był bardzo zadbany, był piękny ogródek z żółwiami, które zrobiły furorę na naszym wyjeździe :) Na ogrodzie można było również zjeść posiłki przy stole. Przy pokoju był mały balkonik, ale był jeszcze dodatkowy wyposażony w krzesła pomiędzy piętrami. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, zarówno w środki czystości, ręczniki, jak i naczynia i sprzęty kuchenne. Bardzo blisko pięknej plaży i promenady! Dojazd/dojście do starego miasta również super.
