Family Apartment Bella

This apartment was perfect for a visit to Dubrovnik! The apartment is spacious, very clean, and quiet. It is located on the top floor of a quiet apartment building near the center of Lapad. It is well taken care of and perfect for a 4 night stay! The host is very responsive and helpful, too. This apartment is a great value and I would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Dubrovnik.

The only thing that could be improved is that the hot water seems to run out after just one shower. Also, the wifi is a bit unstable, but it works decently enough. Everything else is perfect!

Nice generally clean place, but the apartment coul have been reheated a bit, as it was cold outside. We used the aircon to heat up the apartment, but there is only one aircon located in the living room, so it had to operate on high performance to warm up the other (remote) rooms: the full apartment. Nice view from the 4th floor. Nice neighbourhood.

The Aircon filter was dirty, dusty. Please don't forget to maintain the aircon, including the sterilization & filter cleaning. (aircon is still working, but a bit old & noisy) We booked for 3 persons, but the water heater installed in the bathroom is a small device, which should have been set to higher temperature to serve 3 persons' showering, but the hot-water ran out after 1,5 persons' shower time. Please don't forget to set the water heater to higher temperature, so 3-4 preson can take a proper shower after a long day. THX. WiFi was a bit poor. We used our own EU-roaming instead.

Гостеприимный хозяин, на которого можно положиться. Оставил ему на хранение важную вещь на три дня, а потом её забрал. Он мне в этом очень помог. Выделенное парковочное место. В квартире всё необходимое, кроме стиральной машины. Рядом супермаркет. С террасы видно море.

Шумные скутера на улице прямо под окном спальни. Отсутствие занавески на малом окне в кухне, через которое смотрит сосед с балкона сверху.

Location is good, can get a Uber ride to old town for €10 only. Parking is available. Washing machine is available and can hang your clothes at the balcony.
