Proximity to Rivera and walk ability to restaurants and in quiet neighborhood. Parking availability was very convenient. Short uber ride to old town which we did not mind.
Visited during hot summer months. Although there was AC in the living room, Extra air conditioning in bedrooms or fans would have been helpful

Nice & homely, outdoor seating areas was lovely although we weren’t there much.
A little hard to find and parking was tight to get in to.

Loved the terrace at the front and the shower - roomy and great water pressure! Location awesome for Dubrovnik Grad and the beach - 12 min walk to the sea which we loved.
I’d say with five people the living area was cozy; plenty of sleeping space but the small sofa didn’t leave room for longing together if weather had have turned.

Quiet. Very clean. Owner provided washing detergent upon request. Parking was under cover. Construction happening next door but no noise or problems with this.
For $900 AUD for 2 nights it was not value for money. It is peak season but for just 2 rooms, very small kitchen and bathroom I don’t think it’s worth the price. Hotel rooms in Lapad are cheaper and closer to the beach.
