Great location in Dubrovnik

Super apartment in a fantastic location. Close to beach, restaurants, the port, supermarkets. The apartment itself is very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and a nice balcony with views to the mountains. The old town is a short bus ride away. We didn't have or need a car for our stay here, and parking looked hard to find, but the buses are regular and there's plenty to see and do within 10 minutes walk. The hosts were very helpful arranging transport to and from airport and meeting us on arrival. Would highly recommend.

Amazing!

Everything. The apartment is amazing with everything you may need and more. Close to the beach and beautiful town. Also, it is close to the bus station to go to the Old Town. Stunning views from balcony. The host was the best, extremely accommodating.

Beautiful flat - perfect location and amazing host.

Beautiful flat and absolutely spotless :) Downstairs fresh croissants and coffee Perfect location - quiet area and few mins walk from all restaurants, cafes and beautiful beach. After waiting 5 hours at the airport our flight was cancelled and its was nearly midnight- it was very last minute booking Eva was able to accommodate at such a late notice and met us to let us in even though it was way past check in time and was around 1:30am… Amazing host - very friendly , kind and welcoming. Thank you :)

Super Apartment

We found this apartment last minute when previous accommodation cancelled on us and it could not have worked out better. Really spacious, well stocked apartment,. Great balcony area with mountain views and right above a small supermarket. (note there are 2 apartment Evas close by each other with same owner so not sure which one we were in). Location was super - 10 min walk to Lapad beach or a short bus or Uber ride to old town. Really friendly and responsive hosts.

The property was close to the many amenities Lapad has to offer; Sunset Beach and lots of bars snd restaurants.

Was a perfect location for Lapad Bay and to escape the busy old town

The property was in a quiet location a few minutes' walk from Lapad Bay, Sunset Beach and the promenade. It's only a short bus ride on the No 6 from Pile Gate to escape the hustle and bustle of the old town. Kitchenette was thoughtfully equipped with utensils, tea bags, salt & pepper, washing-up liquid etc. Close proximity to a small supermarket with friendly staff. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance.

Had a great time at Apartments Eva, the location is amazing and the apartments are well equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine! The beds are also super comfy!Totally recommend the experience and will definitely book again when I come back to Dubrovnik.

very nice and comfy

The apartment is awesome and cosy, it is 10 mins walk to the beach. Under the apartment there is a market and a very nice restaurant nearby. Host was super friendly, she gave us cold water, cake, and some travel tips when we arrived. We had a small problem with wifi and the owner immediately showed us and solved the problem. Overall great experience, we recommend it to everybody!

Convenient location, beautiful balcony and super clean

The balcony is awesome and has a great view. The room was really clean and had all the amenities needed. The wi-fi was fast and reliable, which was great because I was working remotely. The space has lots of big windows and gets a ton of light with a beautiful view of sunset. Convenient doors in the studio space to close off the kitchen and bathroom from the bedroom.

The studio space is a lot smaller than the one bedroom pictures, which is confusing since they are all shown in one listing. So make sure to double check which you're getting. It's also really close quarters with the owners of the apartment who share a balcony and the neighbors below who talk super loud as early as 7am. I wish I had a bit more privacy and quiet, but it was a great stay in any case.

Fabulous

Location is very good if you want to stay a little bit away from Dubrovnik crowded places. The beach is only 5 minutes away, the Port (Gruz) is 10 minutes walk where you can find ferries, airport buses and bus station to visit other places like Kotor etc. Mini supermarket is in the same building.

The location really nice. Near to Sunset beach. you need get a taxi or bus to go to Old Town. No private parking provided. You need to get parking by yourself. It is easy by the way. Convenience store is just below the apartment. Really clean! Recommended to stay here!

El departamento estaba muy bien equipado, limpio y las instalaciones en excelente estado y el departamento era bastante spacioso. La terraza además tenía una hermosa vista. Todo funcionó de maravilla, lo que hizo que fuese una excelente experiencia alojarse aquí, lo recomendaría 100%.

Soggiorno perfetto vicino Dubrovnik

L'appartamento è semplice ma ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno più che piacevole. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile al nostro arrivo, spiegandoci come utilizzare i mezzi per raggiungere le attrazioni principali e tutti i servizi utili vicini; inoltre con il contatto whatsapp abbiamo potuto contare su di lui per le emergenze. La posizione è ottima per chi non vuole soggiornare nel centro di Dubrovnik ma vuole comunque concedersi una passeggiata tranquilla di sera.

Non abbiamo trovato nulla per pulire almeno il pavimento del bagno, nel nostro caso non è stato un grosso problema visto che abbiamo alloggiato per pochi giorni, per soggiorni più lunghi potrebbe tornare utile avere l'occorrente. Invece per la pulizia della cucina c'era tutto il necessario.

Séjour agréable et enrichissant culturellement

Un super emplacement permettant de se déplacer à pieds pour se rendre à la plage la plus proche (10 min environ) et de prendre le bus pour se rendre à la vieille ville, l'arrêt étant à proximité. Idéalement situé également pour se rendre à pied (20 min environ) au port depuis lequel partent les bateaux pour Kolocep ou Lopud.

Molt recomanable

L’allotjament té de tot el que necessitis. Els amfitrions t’ajuden amb tot, molt amables. I ens van deixar una aigua gran i dos guies de Dubrovnik. La zona no és el centre de Dubrovnik pero té un port amb molt ambient de nit i en uber son 7€ per arribar a old town.
