Great apartment neat Stadion Lapad

Sweet, cozy and very clean apartment, with lots of light and beautiful terrace. Very comfortable and well equiped. Private and sequred parking available in front of the building. Station of public transport close to accomodation. We stayed in this apartment for New Year period and were very satisfied. Host is so kind and responsive. All recommendation for this apartment.

Good apartment with a nice balcony that is well equipped

Good apartment that is well equipped with everything we needed. Nice balcony with views of the port, cruise ships, bridge and the sea on other side. Check in was simple and there is a lift from the car park, so no carrying bags. Nea the host is very responsive and helpful. We travelled by car and there is private car parking. The apartment is close to local restaurants, supermarket and bus stops for easy access to the old city, etc.

One side of the double bedroom is under a stairs so a bit tight for taller person but manageable.

Great Location and View, but Apartment Needs Renovation and Better Cleaning

The apartment is in a very convenient location — just a few minutes’ walk from the bus stop, with direct access to Dubrovnik’s old town, and also within walking distance to the city beach. The host was very pleasant and welcoming, meeting us on arrival. Appartment has a big nice terrace which offers an incredible view and is definitely one of the highlights of the apartment. Overall, while the location and view are great and the host was lovely, the apartment itself needs some updating and more attention to cleanliness to offer a truly comfortable stay.

The space would benefit from some renovation. The bed linen had holes, and both the linen and towels felt like they were just brought from home rather than prepared for guests. One practical issue we encountered was that there were only two chairs at the dining table, which made it uncomfortable for our family of four to have breakfast together. Cleanliness was also an issue — the apartment didn’t seem properly cleaned after the previous guests, with food leftovers still in the fridge and other areas needing attention. The grill on the terrace looked old and not very usable.

It was an amazing stay. Beautiful apartment, great location, apartment has everything inside what is needed, we didn’t need to buy something extra. It has a beautiful balcony and a comfortable bed. Very clean.

Overall - excellent

Host met us and even brought to the apartment from bus station. Thank you for that. Apartment was very nice, clean and with a good view from balcony. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We didn`t really miss anything within our stay. Recommended!

Bedroom AC was bit noisy, so we didn`t use it, but living room AC compensated the heat throughout whole apartament. So this is just a super minor issue and I`m sure it can be fixed easily.

Nea is a super host, very kind and helpful. The apartment is well equipped, the view of the see and hills is superb from the balcony. The apartment is very well located, and its free parking slot is a blessing in Dubrovnik. Bus stop to the Old Town is 4 mins walk, groceries and cafes are in 5 mins walk, nearest beach is 10 mins (Sunset Beach). We've had a great time, thank you Nea for your hospitality!

A perfect place to relax

Thanks to the owners for their hospitality. The premises had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, as well as pleasant gifts: drinks, fruits. All questions that arose were resolved quickly and with understanding. The apartments have a very convenient location. Near shops, beaches, bus stop. The terrace offers an incredible view of the sea and mountains. I recommend this accommodation for a comfortable and quality stay in Dubrovnik

The only thing I would like to add is the "Marquise" which creates a shadow on the terrace to enjoy the view not only in the evening.

Location: gorgeous view from the spacious balcony; a short drive to the old town; free secure private onsite parking, and a beautiful neighbourhood. Staff are very nice and responsive. Thanks very much for allowing us to leave our car in the parking spot for a few extra hours after check out. It was so lovely to have complimentary fruits and sparkling water on arrival. The apartment is modern, stylish with plenty of storage. The electric skylight roof window looks really cool. The apartment is airy and well insulated; we didn't need the air-conditioning during our stay. We would love to stay at this apartment again if we return for another holiday.

Perfect place and wonderful hosts

Well equipped, clean apartment with kitchen, washing machine, iron, Netflix and everything you need. Terrace with beautiful view at sea was a nice spot for our meals. The Sunset beach and promenade are just 10 minutes away by foot. Studenac market & bus stop (directly to the old town) is 2 minutes away and the bigger hipermarket is 5 minutes away from apartment. But what’s the most important, hosts are very communicative, nice and helpful. You don’t meet such people nowadays ;) Out stay was great and we will be back to this particular place for sure.

Even is very small, the apartment is amazing: we were 4 adults and felt excellent. Congratulations to the owner, which is also the architect and the "author" of this very cosy place. Free parking guarranted. Quiet area. Beautiful view surroud (even the sea view). Close to the beach (10-15 min. walk). 2 min. nearby is bus station, directly to the old town. Around 2,5-3 km to old town, ~35 min. walk, if you don't use the bus. For us is the perfect reccomendation if want to visit Dubrovnik. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND !

Lovely, full of light and modern studio flat. Perfect If travelling in a couple and maybe a little small for 3, but for short stays is also OK. Walking distance from Lapad sunset beach and close to the bus station to get to the Old Town. My daughter enjoyed watching Netflix before falling asleep while we loved drinking beer in the balcony. The host was warm and welcoming and always available to answer all our questions. We loved Dubrovnik and our accommodation was just perfect to make the most of the sea and the city too.

The way back to the flat, all uphill... but the sea view totally made up for it.

Loistava sijainti ja upeat näköalat! Asunto oli juuri sopivan kokoinen neljälle hengelle, erittäin siisti ja sijaitsi rauhallisella alueella. Sekä olohuoneessa että makuuhuoneessa oli ilmastointi, mikä teki olon miellyttäväksi myös helteessä – ulkona oli jopa 34 astetta! Yhteydet olivat erinomaiset, ja rannalle sekä ravintoloihin pääsi kävellen. Omistajan kanssa kommunikointi mutkatonta ja saimme apua kysymyksiimme. Yksi parhaista paikoista, joissa olemme yöpyneet – tulemme ehdottomasti uudelleen!

Parvekkeelle ilmestyi öisin iso kasa muurahaisia, mutta muuten kaikki oli erinomaisesti.

appartement fonctionnel, coquet et bien équipé. propreté irréprochable. accueil très sympathique, communication facile. literie confortable. terasse agréable. parking parfait. nous étions à 40' à pied de la vieille ville (aussi possible en bus). petite surface à proximité.

la vue n'était pas exceptionnelle (mais nous venions du Monténégro avec une vue incroyable). on voit davantage le stade de foot et de grands immeubles que la mer.

El parking es indispensable , zona tranquila, cama muy confortable, la terraza es un puntazo .

No tenía tostadora , ni congelador ( para las excursiones llevamos una pequeña nevera a la que no pudimos ponerle hielo 😬). El aire acondicionado está en el salón, no se si los días de mucho calor el aire se sentirá en la habitación.

Miejsce wspaniałe pod wszystkimi względami, począwszy od lokalizacji, poprzez komfort i na właścicielce kończąc. Apartament czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystko to, co jest potrzebne. Widok z tarasu niesamowity, idealny na relaks po zwiedzaniu. Jeśli chodzi o lokalizację, to blisko do sklepów, do plaży też można spokojnie dojść w kilkanaście minut, na stare miasto to wyprawa ok. 40 minutową, ale w tak pięknej okolicy,że nie jest to męczące. Co do wlascicielki, to kontakt z nią był cudowny, wszystko pokazane, wyjaśnione, mimo ze bez bezpośredniego spotkania. Szczerze polecam to miejsce, idelane na odpoczynek i zwiedzanie.
