Excellent stay

Spacious accommodation and very well stocked with everything you need for a short stay. Apartment was clean and host was welcoming and helpful. Lots of wardrobe space. Good location, close to promenade, bars, restaurants and beach.

Private balcony was too small to use, however larger communal balcony available which we made use of.

Nice place for a short stay.

It's a nice clean apartment, not far from the bus stop and sunset beach.

The shower is very small and doesn't seem to work well, I used the handheld the whole week. I walked there when I arrived in town and found myself climbing 200 steps with my luggage (beware following Google maps)

Good location, easy to get to the beach, harbour, buses to other area. Host was really friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble. I would have given 10 Not 9 but it would not allow me to click on 10. Visit you won’t be disappointed

Located in a quiet residential street but close to bars, shops and restaurants. Comfy bed. Decent enough for a couple of nights.

Great host, good accommodation and fantastic location.

Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything that one would require, including coffee. We were met on the arrival by our friendly host, who provided us with plenty of information on locality, food and lots of useful tips. On top of everything else, the view from the terrace, over marina, was beautiful. The weather was fantastic for October, with temperatures reaching 23/24 degrees Celsius. Location of the apartment was within easy walking distance to the beach and all the bars and restaurants, plus bus stop with great connections to the surrounding areas, including old town. We had the most amazing time in Dubrovnik and can’t wait to go again next year.

It was a pleasure to stay there, I can only reccoment it.

Top host, extremely kind, did everything for us, super location, everything just perfect. She took us to the harbour and let us park there our car even on the day of check-out (full day), also arrival after midnight wasn't any problem! Really very, very helpful! I would stay there again!

two balconies, lovely view. fully equipped for cooking

check out was 5am-12pm but there were no instructions on how to check out and we couldn’t find anyone at 8am, no one was around and no one would answer the door so we just had to leave the keys in the apartment.

Great apartment,in a central quiet location.Close to Lapad centre and good location for getting local bus , supermarket & Bars. The view from the balcony was great .Great walk around the peninsula and other beaches

Location is good , there is available transit to the old city and other parts of the town.

Bedroom had only two skylights and living area only one glazed door, but it was ok as we spent very little time in the apartment.

Good facilities and spacious apartment in a good location for access to beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop. Kristina gave us lots of information on arrival about the area etc. Good restaurant just down the hill. We had a good week here.

Excellent room, excellent host

Good location in a quiet neighborhood, Kristina was really kind welcoming us and explaining how to move around the city with a lot of details. She also washed our clothes and changed the bedsheets. She is a super host! And the best thing is the outside terrace where you can have dinner or breakfast.

No kitchen, just a microwave, so you will have to be creative or eat out.

I came over for a wedding and when i arrived to the apartments it was late and i received a pleasant welcome. The apartment has Fabulous view from the balcony, very clean and very reasonable in price. Location is excellent less than two minutes walk from the promenade and the nearest supermarket. Highly recommend staying here.

Modern apartment with nice views of the port

Nice modern apartment with good kitchen facilities and a lovely view from the balcony, it's a 40 min walk to the old Town but an Uber is very reasonable around £5 and there are restaurants and a supermarket 5 mins walk away. We appreciated the car port to park our car as parking on the street is very narrow

Superb

Very nice and clean apartment in the nice looking house located in the quiet zone Lapad. Friendly host who gave us all necessary tips in English. Convenient location considering access to the nearest market PEMO and good restaurant Maskeron (reasonable prices in comparision with other restaurants in Dubrownik). Sunset beach available up to 20 minutes walking and Copacabana beach 3 minutes drive by car. Lovely view from the balcony! Though it's very tiny in the Superior apartment as it's said in the apartment description we could manage to sit there.

Excellent room

Stayed just for one one night and arrived very late. The room looked new and was very clean. Hosts are welcoming.

There is a very narrow street when arriving to the apartment with a car. In the morning the hosts showed me another road which was excellent. It would have been nice to know it before.
