Great stay, exactly as stated

Great location near enough to the beach and a short bus ride into the old town. Loved how well stocked the kitchen was with plates and cups. AC was a bonus in the hot summer

Superb

The apartment is located in a quiet area, although Dubrovnik is very agitated, not far from the beach and restaurants. Everything was clean, beds are confortable. Good air conditioning and wi-fi. The personel is very nice, and very helpful. The lady offered us a lot of accurate information.

The parking space is only the public one. If you are lucky you can catch a free space, but most of the parking spaces are taxed: 15 eur/day. Although a 3 bedroom, the apart is quite narrow, there is not a lot of space.

Great location, comfortable beds.

The apartment is a lot smaller than we thought. All photos were taken with a wide angel. There's no place to put big luggage bags in the bed rooms. We were two families with 7 people, a bit crowded. One of the toilet cannot lock and very tiny. The main bathroom is fine but the door is very noisy every time you open or lock it. Water glasses are so wary that it looks dirty but not possible to get it transparent anymore.

Great apartment for a family or a group of friends. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Good kitchen, easy to cook.

Exceptional

The place was modern and looked recently renovated. Very clean, and it had everything needed. The host was really nice, she explained to us about Dubrovnik, general info about buses etc. We also went with 2 dogs and it was very nice.

One small thing, when we arrived, we talked that we would arrive at a certain time (and we did, 10 minutes give or take), but then the owners didn't answer for like half an hour, and then they arrived later (after 50 minutes after we arrived) because of some issues. No big deal, but since this had a small amount of reviews, we thought that maybe the place didn't exist or something was up haha

Perfekt boende för stor familj, 5 vuxna och 2 barn, (3 och 6 år)

Nära till restauranger och affärer / småbutiker. Bra utrustad lägenhet och otroligt sköna sängkläder. Skönt med 2 toaletter och badkar. Det är 3 sovrum med dubbelsängar och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, Bra kommunikation hela tiden med värdinnan via Whats app. Vi åkte ofta Uber till olika ställen och de hämtar direkt utanför på gatan. Cirka 120 kr för en bil till Gamla stan. Dåligt med barnstolar i bilarna dock. Den lilla stranden Sunset Beach tog det cirka 8 minuter att gå till. Stenigt (runda mjuka stenar) så ta med badskor om du är känslig i fötterna. Bra lekpark för barnen på vägen dit. Relativt dyrt på restauranger i hela Dubrovnik. En favorit var restaurang Maskeron direkt över gatan. Vi lagade mat "hemma" ett par gånger och det finns allt man kan tänka och lite till i lägenheten. (Kaffefilter, kryddor, schampo, tvål, toapapper, handdukar, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, strandleksaker - ALLT fanns

Lite svårt att hitta ingången till rummet. Vi gick först in i grannhuset av misstag och träffade en liten trumpen farbror. Trappen upp kan vara jobbig om man har svårt att gå. En liten ledstång kanske vore bra att sätta upp.

Schöner Urlaub als Familie

Tolle Lage, ruhig, trotzdem schnell am Strand und an weiteren schönen Badestellen. In der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wir konnten das Auto eine Woche einfach stehenlassen und haben alles fußläufig erreicht (Hafen, Strand, Einkaufen, Essen, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel). Das Apartment war für uns als Familie (mit erwachsenen Kindern) perfekt mit den 3 Schlafräumen, dem gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer, dem schönen Balkon und der Küche, die uns alles geboten hat, was wir brauchten. Es war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Check-in und Check-out unproblematisch, sehr freundliche Kontaktperson.
