A nice stay in amazing location

The location of apartment is on the hill so it takes so time to walk up if you want to visit some restaurant or bars. The view from balcony was amazing. The host was waiting for our arrival, walked us through the apartment and explained where everything. He was very helpfull and explained how to reach city center, shop, beaches and etc. the apartment was clean, spacious with everything you need for your stay. And a little surprise from the host made us feel welcome there. A very nice atay in amazing city and location

We had a great time in Dubrovnik, in this comfortable apartment with a balcony on the bay. The hosts are extremely nice

The apartment was big , with 2 bathrooms and a fantastic view on the bay. The area was a residential area, so it was quite during the night - we often slept with windows opened and never heard any noise

Some of the furnitures in the apartment were a bit worn out.

Perfect gem in Babin Kuk

Excellent place at a wonderful location. Of course there are stairs, but you are in Dubrovnik so this is not a surprise. Very nice apartment with a five star balcony. Everything was perfect, hosts were very kind and very helpful. Huge plus for the earlier check in and the luggage storage. Hvala!!

Perfect, and the best view in Dubrovnik!

The host, Karmen, she was amazing! The apartment has everything you need, all working, new and clean, she gave us plenty of towels and even provided a crib for my baby… we were in 3 adults and a baby and the apartment was spacious enough to us… I can’t recommend it enough!!! Just go, it is definitely worth! The view is breathtaking, there is bus coming and going everyday (bus number 6) I would recommend you to download the local app for the bus, it helps you to tack in real time and to find the closest bus stop… we didn’t brought carseat so for us the best option was the bus… there are plenty of market close enough just google it … *** we got the transfer with them to go and came back from the airport for 40€ each journey, it’s cheaper then taxi and if you are more then 2 people it’s cheaper then bus too!

Apartment was a great size for two and had a wonderful view.

You need to use a bus or uber to get anywhere- supermarket, old town, restaurants which isn’t too inconvenient if you have a car but note that you need to pay for parking.

A lovely experience and great hosts

The host met us when we arrived, he was so lovely and friendly and was available at any time if we needed anything. He also gave us a bottle of wine on arrival which was a plus. The apartment was well located within 10 minute walk to beach and restaurants. The apartment was also very clean, well equiped and spacious for a group of 5 adults

We could sometimes hear the guests in the apartment above walking around and coming and going in the evening time

Love Dubrovnik and Lapad - good view of the city.

Delectable host. A very large apartment. With a beautiful view of Lapad. Fully equipped. 2 bathrooms + washing machine + dishwasher. Large comfortable bed in the bedroom overlooking the city. We will definitely visit again sometime. A minute to a large playground for children. Parking space.

Lots of stairs to climb, but that's not the apartment's fault :)

Fantastic view from the balcony, apartment very clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. You need to be fit to be able to climb many stairs to get to the apartment or alternatively you can come by bus or taxi. Karmen and Marko very helpful. If I am ever back to Dubrovnik I will definitely stay here again. Loved it! .

Location is good if you’ve arrived in the car and do find old town too busy to live nearby; Hosts are very friendly; The view is magnificent - just order a pizza, get some wine and there’s no need to go anywhere 😅

We had an awesome time in Orchidea apartments.They have everything you need even more than we expected.The beds were comfortable,the bathroom was big and clean with all the necesitis (toalet papaer,bath hats,shower gel and shampoo). The balcony has the most wonderful view of the nearest beach,so can enjoy watching the sea,the cruisers passing close. There is a parking in front of the apartment, dedicated for the guests and it's important because all the parking places in Dubrovnik are with payment.The city especially the old town in tremendous. The host Marko was were friendly and kind,tell us all the important thing for the town and it's functionality,10* for him. My next visit to Dubrovnik I will definitely choose Orchidea apartments again.

The apartment has an amazing view on Dubrovnik port. The host is so nice and he explained us how to move toward city center and some very good restaurants. The place has a free parking spot (very rare in Dubrovnik city).

Superb

A very spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment with a fabulous view of Lapad bay from the balcony. Exceptionally nice hosts who made sure everything was perfect for us and gave us advice re buses etc. We arrived on my birthday so Marco gave us wine and chocolates as a birthday gift! Weather was particularly hot during our stay so the air con was an added bonus Close to beach, shops and restaurants

The steps back up from the beach can be a little hard going in the heat but we got used to them quite quickly and there are always taxis available as an alternative option if you prefer.

Apparment was beautiful and clean. Counftable big enough for 4 people. The view was amazing also the sunset . Karmer and Marko were very friendly and nice. To old town it's 15min drive with bus. To bus station is 5min walk. Eaven if you have a car it is better with bus (there is no parking space-only parking garage (20kun per h) bus is 15 kun one way).

Excellent view from the balcony. Very clean apartments. Comfortable bed. Apartment have all what is necessary for a comfortable stay. Helpful and pleasant owners. Very nice location of apartment. Very close to promenade with restaurants and beaches. Perfect apartments who prefer travel by car (parking 5 meters from doors). It's highly recommended to use "Ul. od Babina Kuka" street to get to apartments by car. Four options how you can get to/from apartments: 1) car, 2) bus (7min walking). 3) 314 steps between promenade to apartments (5 min down, 20 min up :) ). 4) taxi

Perfect accommodation!

The appointment is modern and good renovated. You will feel your privacy there on the top of hill and enjoy your vacation! View from the balcony is awesome! You will find everything in the flat you need like at home! The owner Marko is very friendly and helpful. I am very grateful for him that he helped me even to go down the hill with my broken luggage by car!
