Amazing!!

We had a lovely stay and spent 1 week here. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is great we are with in walking distance of everywhere and also there is a bus stop right outside. We had everything we needed and the owners attended to any requests we had and helped with any questions. The apartment is also very spacious and has a lovely outside seating area located in their home grown garden. The owners are very accommodating and were lovely to meet. Sad to leave :)

I would only suggest maybe a little more lighting up the stairs to the apartment. Thank you

There was a description of all the sights and places, how to get to restaurants and how to transport to everywhere in the city. Everything was perfect. There was every convenience in the apartment and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Dubrovnik again and also the same goes for this place. King regards

Great studio and well placed to explore Dubrovnik.

Great location - easy to get around with buses and Bolt or Uber. It was peaceful - especially with the garden setting. Comfy bed and great shower. Kitchen well equipped to cook simple meals.

Fabulous Marin Tomas apartments

Our host Romini could not do enough to help. She's a real sweetheart. She checked in on the first day & showed us where we should go & how. If we then needed anything we only had to ask. Our apartment had a dishwasher, hob, microwave, sandwich toaster, washing machine & a fabulous terrace with table & chairs. Place was spotless. The no.6 bus is a 2min walk & is very frequent. It goes to Split & Gruz port. We were close to several beaches all a short walk. If you walk to sunset beach (8min walk) there are lots of eateries & souvenirs. Also Tommy supermarket is there, which is cheaper than studenac. Dubrovnik is very beautiful with lots to see & do. I highly recommend it.

The owners were very nice and helpful. It felt safe and was quiet and private. It is on a bus route with a regular service. There is a supermarket and bakery very close by. The room was spacious and good for a short summertime break.

The sheets were too small for the beds and the aircon didn't work properly so it was cold at night.

Lovely spacious apartment in an area near to the promenade with easy access to the Old City. The family were very accommodating and pleasant, I would definitely return here if I visit Dubrovnik again.

Very good

Private spacious apartment behind a beautiful little garden, 1 minute from the bus stop into old town, the owners were super friendly and really helpful. They gave lots of info for our stay. Parking right out front of the apartments. They also have a super sweet cat on the property who loves cuddles and a cute little dog as well,big plus if you are animal lovers like us!

A cutting board would be useful in the kitchen and there was a bit of a smell from the drains but it went away after you used the bathroom a few times. Overall really good stay!

Owner was very nice and accomodating. Property is close to bus stop where buses go directly to the old town. Market is close by. Owners arrange the parking. Apartment was clean. Booking process was seamless

The apartment is very cold and the air conditioning is not working good so it couldn’t be heated up. The linen were old and stained with something like blood. The beds were separated and we needed double bed. We didn’t expect royal house but neither this low maintenance. The apartment needs major upgrade. I understand that Dubrovnik is posh place and everything sells as a apartment but this is disappointing.

Great stay! Highly recomanded!

The host were amazing, so kind and eager to help us with everything. They welcomed us with juice and offered muffins one morning and made sure we didn't need anything. The apartment was clean and AC was working. The bus is 25 minutes away and is very close to the apartment. Not a lot of hot water and the price is a bit high but it is worth it since the hosts are so lovely.

A perfect stay for a remote working business professional couple with very kind and gracious hosts.

The apartment was very spacious for us and had all the things we need and look for in a place to stay and work. The location is also great with several grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and beaches within a 5-15 min walk. We were especially impressed with the internet and the comfortable work spaces for two of us to work remotely. The internet was very fast and reliable and we were able to work from inside on a big kitchen table as well as outside on the back patio. We wish we could've stayed longer... :)

Amezing place to stay.

The shops, bakery, seaside beaches and bus stop are very close to this propety. The owners are welcoming and polite. They have expleind to us how to get to the old town, nerbay places to visit (fast food, reasturants) ,about the property and also map of the Dubrovnik with all other information written in notebook. They gave us also a lot of toys for kids while we stay which was incredible kind from them.

Great hosts and beautiful location, close to excellent rocky beaches and a nice restaurant area.

The hosts were great and the location is perfect for families. The apartment is very spacious and was handed in perfect condition. For us, the back patio is a huge plus to have breakfast or dinner in the open.

We could have used a kettle, electric or otherwise. Also, we had to buy tie pods for the washing machine, which we used only twice. For stays of 15 days or less this could be provided.

La gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueillies. L’endroit avec terrasse très calme. Très bonne situation géographique. Le bus 6 qui passe à 3 minutes de l’appartement toutes les 10 minutes et vous amène à la Old Town. Le quartier est très agréable près de belles plages, promenades, restaurants et supermarchés.

Riesen Appartement. Top Busanbindung in die Altstadt. Das 24-Stundenticket kann man nicht beim Busfahrer oder am Kiosk kaufen, sondern nur an den Verkaufsstellen von der Busgesellschaft (eine Busstation weiter Richtung Stadt oder direkt am Pile Tor). Unsere Motorräder durften wir im Eingangsbereich parken. An der Straße ist das Parken leicht abschüssig.
