Pero’s apartment was better than expected. It has been recently renovated, was immaculately clean, well stocked with everything you need (self catering) and had great views of the harbour. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships. Pero was super friendly and helpful.

The balcony with a perfect view! True that getting to the third floor is a challenge but worth doing it! The landlord and his wife were nice. Beaches within a walking distance.

Overall, we had a nice stay in the apartment and had everything we needed.

Host was excellent, he met us upon our arrival and gave us a detailed explanation of everything we needed to know. Our apartment had a nice view of the water, bridge, & cruise ships that come and go everyday. Bus station to the old town was very near.

Exceptional

The apartments are great for the price. Clean, cozy and accurate. The host was really helpful on several occasions (for ex. an issue with the internet was resolved really fast). The location is great with dozens of groceries, cafes and nice beaches around. I will get back there with pleasure.

A wonderful home from home in an incredible city

Lovely apartment, perfect for a short or long stay in Dubrovnik. Pero was very welcoming and accommodating, and it was easy to get to the beaches and old town. The apartment was well kitted out with everything you could need.

The second bed (sofa bed) drops a little in the middle, which isn't the most comfortable. The wi-fi is also quite slow.

Favorite host of our three week stay in Croatia

This was the best welcome we've ever had by a host! Pero greeted us personally and welcomed us into his home with a bowl of some of the best figs I've ever had in my life, grapes freshly picked from his arbor, and a little bottle of homemade cherry grappa. I was munching and drinking within minutes of checking in. Talk about hospitality! The apartment was clean and very spacious, great value for Dubrovnik. We were paying the same amount for rooms that were a third of the size of the apartment. The location is just a couple blocks from the Lapad center and a quick ride on the 6 into Old Town.

Excellent location where it takes only 10 minutes to reach Sunset beach. It is also easy to get on bus to go to the old town.The apartment is very clean with all facilities needed. The owner Pero is a nice and friendly gentleman and likes to help the guest when you need.

Great appartment and location

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, and well equipped. It is strategically located near the beach and the bars and restaurants area. The host is kind, warm, and always there for you. We highly recommend this apartment.

Apartment is very clean and large, there is a washing machine in the bathroom which is useful for a longer stay. Also a well equipped chicken. Recommend for a family or a group of friends. 15 minutes walk for bus station and 30 minutes walk for beach.

Immer wieder gerne würde ich dort übernachten. Schöne Sicht. Top Lage.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Liegt in Babin Kuk, wo man schöne Spaziergänge machen kann. Der Sunset Beach ist innerhalb 5 Minuten erreichbar, wo man schön baden kann und die Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Man kann zum Fuß oder mit dem Bus in die Stadt. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, freundlich und bei Fragen immer offen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit ganz in der Nähe, wie auch die Restaurants. Meerblick vorhanden und unbezahlbar. Zwei Balkone vorhanden 🥰
