Short visit to see old town

A clean, comfortable, modern apartment. Located in a quiet area. Close to bus stations in both directions.

Kitchen could be better equipped with dishes. Parking place can be slightly problematic to find if you travel with long car. No issues with space for small or mid size.

Good price-quality ratio

It was clean and the room was big enough for 3 persons. We arrived late but it wasn’t a problem. They had a really nice terrace with bbq and tables.

It would have been a nice touch to find some bottled water and a few sachets of instant coffee upon arrival- it would make us feel more welcome. Otherwise everything was in place

Decent Apartment but noisy and not too clean

- noisy at night (Party downstairs with loud music until 4am), upstairs kids running and jumping around - moths in kitchen (dont store open food here - i had a moth coming out of my cereal) and also fridge was dirty with food stains

Lovely quiet apartments in Lapad

Everything. The apartments were clean, beds super comfortable, nice open space, with all basic necessities. The area is quiet but not far from a lively beach promenade and with great restaurants. There’s a supermarket 5 minutes away. The hosts are friendly and flexible in terms of check in/ out.

Decent location, event though it is not in the center of the city you could easily get there by bus/car, you could walk 10 min to 2 nice beaches, a general shop is just over the corner, etc. Free parking, albeit on the site of the road in front of the building. Clean rooms, friendly hosts.

Not all rooms have balconies, but there is a shared terrace. The pricing was a bit over the median, but this is a general issue in the tourist season in Dubrovnik.

Great location and very comfy apartment : will come back again

The location was great : near the cool beaches of Dubrovnik and away from the crowd and the tourists packed in the old town. The apartment was super comfortable and big for the price, super nice terrace to chill and have a night dinner. The owner was very responsive via WhatsApp, everything was easy. We really loved our stay here.

Would have have been perfect only for the noise

The location, friendly and helpful host. Nice view from apartment and lovely cute little terrace to the front of the apt block (communal terrace but no one seemed to use) Was nice being able to walk a few minutes to the No. 6 bus to get to the old town just mins away. Also could walk 7 minutes down to Sunset beach area.

Unfortunately there was terrible noise from awful screaming unruly children who lived in one of the upper apartments. These children were running wild, screaming and shouting as early as 5.30am one morning and slamming and banging doors. We were very much disturbed by them. There is little insulation in this small block of apartments, you can hear everything, even someone upstairs talking on the phone and dogs barking nearby intermittently. If there was no noise it would have been almost perfect. I wouldn't advise to stay here if you like peace and quiet.

Very enjoyable week in Dubrovnik, but we will return in the warmer months next time.

Very nice people to deal with and very helpful with lot's of information available for where to go & what to see in Dubrovnik. Nice quiet location but close to everything.

A microwave & a coffee machine would have been nice. (we ended up buying a French press so we could enjoy a nice coffee)

Amazing apartment and lovely host

Everything was amazing! The apartment was very clean, great AC, nice bathroom, excellent facilities, great WI FI, modern and comfortable! It has a big terrace where we enjoyed our time having breakfast and dinner :) The host was amazing, she met us in front of the apartment and gave us great tips for enjoyng the city. The airport transfer they organised made everything easier! We will definately stay here again next time we visit Dubrovnik!
