Everything you need for a few days

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood. The property is steps from the ocean and within walking distance to the beach. Property had everything we needed, and we loved the added extras of items.

There are none, but if I had to find one thing, I would say provide a stopper in the drain so that the sink can fill with water.

I really liked the location as it was close to so many different beaches and we could go swimming any time of the day.

This was a wonderful self contained spot with a view of the harbour. Easy uber/bus ride from old town and a short walk to lots of swim spots. Theres a little supermarket close by for groceries.

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik with the kindest host!

The host is exceptionally kind and friendly. The room is spacious, has a fully stacked kitchen, which is great if you’re staying for longer. The room has a great sea view and there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket in a couple of minutes distance. The public transport is near and very useful.

Highly recommend

The location is ideal with a very beautiful view and an amazing walking trail along the sea, everything you need is on a small walking distance. Very clean room, cozy, comfortable and recently renovated. Mrs Vesna and her family are the kindest, attentive and the most friendly and helpful hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here every time we will visit Dubrovnik.

Exceptional

Vesna was the most amazing host we could have asked for. She greeted us with freshly baked cakes and glasses of wine and She supplied us with fresh towels every day. This apartment was in the most perfect location which overlooked the cruise port. With only a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop it was ideal. The surrounding area was very quite which was exactly what we wanted. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Pleasant place for a short or long stay.

Very nice place overlooking the water, great location, close to the bus stop, great walking trail along the water below the house, close to two beaches. Nice little terrace for breakfast or evening. Because I like espresso coffee, Wesna bought a coffee machine especially for us. It was wonderful and amazing!

Cute and clean

Our host Vesna was lovely! Waited at the property until we arrived after 10pm and was very accommodating. The property is seconds from the sea and a very short & scenic trail walk along the sea front to copacabana and coral beach clubs. Such excellent value for a modern and clean apartment.

Nothing! We were only staying for a few nights so for us it was the perfect place, if you just need a bed and a shower.

Paradise of attitude and in general

Here comes the moment when you're satisfied with the choice of the apartment for 100%. Rarely can say that, but Zara Apartments exceeded our expectations. Owners are more than just nice, hospitable or friendly. They were the best croatian people we met while staying at their apartment for 1 month. Normally there's no kitchen, but it got organised for us, Vesna baked a pie for my husband's Birthday and i got a bottle of a super nice prosecco on mine, we are very grateful and not the food or drink that matters, but each and every care provided :)) whatever ever we needed, was there, starting with great choice of towels, ending with wine glasses, beautiful coffee cups and simply nice "good mornings, hello and good nights" :))) The location itself is perfect, a few beaches are reachable by walking, beautiful promenade, peaceful area, Pemo shop where you can find all the basic products needed, restaurants, port Gruž and also local market, you can walk wherever you need and find whatever you want! Also didn't experience any problem with parking on nearby streets, saw some reviews here, but can't agree, we had NO PROBLEMS. We are veeeeery grateful for everything, have not a single complaint, but only positive emotions and memories left. THANK YOU

Perfect location. Beautiful view of port and cruise ships coming and going. Short walk to Lapad and Port and Bus station. Great selection of restaurants. Old town a quick bus ride approx 3km.

Ottimo soggiorno a due passi dal mare

Monolocale comodo e funzionale, pulito e in contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. La camera è abbastanza spaziosa ed è dotata di frigorifero, bollitore e anche di un lavello e piano di appoggio ma senza piano cottura, all'occorrenza ci si può preparare dei piatti freddi o scaldare qualcosa nel microonde. A pochi passi c'è una bellissima vista mare e dei pontili dove i residenti vanno a prendere il sole o anche fare il bagno. A pochi minuti di camminata si raggiungono delle piccole spiagge libere e alcuni beach club e punti ristoro. Io ho optato per la spiaggia libera, il mare era semplicemente spettacolare. Il tragitto lungo il mare in direzione dei lidi e delle spiagge è davvero molto scenografico. La comunicazione con l'host è stata chiara ed esaustiva fin dall'inizio, Karlo condivide una serie di suggerimenti utili come il supermercato più vicino o le fermate e le linee dei bus per il centro storico, nonché le spiagge libere e i lidi. La casa è all'interno di una piccola palazzina con spazi esterni in comune ed è letteralmente a 20 metri dal mare. Sullo sfondo le grandi navi ormeggiate nel porto, le montagne e il ponte di Dubrovnik. Pur essendo a pochi passi dal porticciolo turistico, l'atmosfera era sempre molto tranquilla. Basta camminare qualche minuto e si trovano parecchi locali dove si mangia bene. Con il bus si raggiunge il centro storico in pochi minuti, a piedi occorrono circa 40 min. Consiglio questa struttura e in generale soggiornare a Lapad, una zona della città che mi ha colpito molto.
