Pleasant stay, I would return

The host greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us some great tips and information about the area. We didn't have a kitchenette so he kindly offered to wash our cups and plates for us. The room was clean and in a lovely location, walking distance to a supermarket, the beach and public transport. Very easy to get to the old town and ferries from here.

Unfortunately the hot water tank did not last very long. Our showers would run cold only after a few minutes and wasn't enough for both of us to take a shower. We would have to wait for the water to heat back up before the other person could have a shower.

Perfect place to start my travels and get over the jet lag.

The balcony out front was lovely, host very helpful. Nice location, easy bus ride into the old town, walk to beach and lots of choice of places to eat. Quiet and lovely views.

The host met me at the entrance and provided the information on surrounding shops and features, he provided a map with our location and explained what to do and what to see first?, provided a cup of wonderful juice and left a lot of tea bags and water.

All the steps to reach to the property , 117 steps . Not a problem for a young person but for an elderly it will be difficult.

Fantastic!!!

This is my second time in Dubrovnik and I wanted a more quiet getaway (and therefore stayed further away from old town/pile). The host (Zoran) met me in person at the apt at 1am in the morning. He was so sweet despite the late arrival - he gave me a glass of juice, showed me around the room, and showed me important spots (including bus stops, etc) on a map of Dubrovnik. The property itself is also beautiful and well maintained, but still has a homey vibe. The room was big, bed was comfy, and AC worked well. The location was nice and quiet, and an easy ~5-10 min walk to the nearest beach (lots of stairs though) or ~15 min Uber to old town. Note, there is ~1 flight of stairs between this property and the nearest road (not wheelchair friendly).

Superb

Very clean apartment with good facilities. Even though we came a bit late host Zoran gave us a warm welcome with a glass of juice and a short introduction to dubrovnik and possibilities of public transport and places to eat. Moreover, we had the chance to park our car after checkout. Bed was super comfortable and the terrace invited to chill with a good view.

The room was clean, the owners were lovely, and it was in a great location near Sunset Beach. The main area was easily accessible by bus, for which the owners gave us a map and told us how to buy tickets! Great place, would definitely recommend.

Having access to a kitchen or kitchenette would’ve been very helpful.

There wasn't a kitchen to be used, so couldn't drink tap water so had to buy. Also we couldn't wash up anything so had to leave it for the host

A lovely, clean place with a beautiful view. An accommodating host and well worth the cost!

Our host was responsive and very helpful. He took his time to show us where the cheapest supermarkets were, how to get the bus into town and advised us on taking Ubers as the cheapest way to travel by cab. This was all very helpful advice. The outside seating area is beautiful with a lovely view, it’s a great location for walking to the beach or onto the seafront. When we asked if we could use an ironing board/iron he got this for us straight away. The room and bathroom were clean and kept on top of. For the price this place exceeded our expectations and we had a lovely time.

Very good location, plenty of dining options

location was excellent, 5 min walk to Sunset Beach, supermarket at a walking distance and bus stop to the old town also a few minutes away. the outdoor area to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink was amazing.

Only a kettle available and no chance to use the kitchen for anything as it was occupied. I was not aware of the fact and it made a difference, to be honest.

Lovely place

Very nice host, very helpful, gave us some tips about restaurants and mobility when arrived, and a glass of juice! Big and clean room, with TV, fridge and a kettle, some plates and cutlery. Clean bathroom too. Very lovely place to stay with amazing views. Completely recommended!!!

Great comfort at a good price.

This was a very nice place to stay. We had a warm bright room which opened out to the patio with a great view. The owner gave us all the info needed for the town. We could get parking in front of the house. The bus into the town is nearby. And three is a really good restaurant just down the stairs. This was great value and comfort given the expense of this city.
