Petar welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fruits. It was very nice of him. The apartment is huge, has a beautiful loggia and a good location. The views are breathtaking. The nearest beach is nice, no pebbles in the sea. One can comfortably stay in the water. Could be pretty narrow in the season pick. It is not far from the port and there is a market where we bought fresh fish and vegetables from farmers. Everything natural with a divine taste like in the childhood. We had our stay in June and had one of the best moments in our lives.

Some things could be modernized but it is comfortable and functional.

Affordable accommodation in a good location.

There were several shops, restaurants, a promenade and the beach nearby. Very friendly and welcoming family. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook yourself.

The automatic ignition of the gas stove was a little difficult. There was no change of towels during the whole week.

The place have a nice view and is very close to sunset beach (just some steps down), which is a nice beach! The apartment is very spacious and has everything to cook. The owner receives us very well, show the appartment and gave some tips. Moreover, he left a bottle of wine as welcome. He was very nice!

Great Stay

Place was big, clean and great balcony for evenings. Apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay and Petar was very friendly with lots of information provided

Nothing really. The shower was fabulous, really nice wetroom. I think it said 2 bathroom but it's 1 1/2 bath only one shower but it was not a problem for us.

Очень просторные апартаменты. Есть все необходимое.Чистое белье и полотенца. Великолепная терраса с прекрасным видом на море. Радушный хозяин, все рассказал и показал. Море в двух шагах. В пешей доступности магазины.

До моря ведет очень длинная лестница. Путь наверх не из легких. Ее можно обойти, но тогда дорога до пляжа будет длиннее. Это нужно учитывать людям с ограниченными возможностями, а также пожилым людям и семьям с маленькими детьми.

Oikein hyvä ja järkevä asunto ja keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Parveke ja maisema sieltä myös ensiluokkaista! Asioiden hoito Petarin kanssa myös... hoitui! Ja vaikkeivät he lupaakaan parkkipaikkaa (pysäköinti Dubrovikissa on erittäin hankalaa ja monimutkaista), sellainen järjestyi asunnon edestä!

Ranta oli lähellä, mutta asunnon ja rannan välissä oli 186 porrasta! Sijainnin kannalta ei siis ihan kaikille sopiva. Aivan lähellä ei myöskään ole juurikaan palveluita. Toki pieni ruokakauppa on parin sadan metrin päässä.
